dark_rex
I'm still looking for the right wheels for my LGTLtd. I really like the Rota G force, but it looks like they're only offered in 17", and i'm looking for 18" does anyone know of a comparable wheel? I'm not totally happy with the P1/Tarmac look, but i'm after a multi spoked wheel. The G Force is perfect, just the sizing.... help! dR

Aczwild
The larger the rim, the smaller the sidewall of the tire = more of a chance of causing damage when hitting a pothole JDM'd All to hell Thanks Jimmy @ Hkc-Speed.com! Been waiting for rota to make the 18" G-force as well. FWIW, Zoeb at subydude stated a month or so ago that a new 18" wheel similar to G-force would be coming out before Spring. I'm beginning to consider the P45F's in lieu of waiting...

Th3Franz
I'm happy with my 17" Rota G-Force.. Already having perfectly good 17" high performance summer tires played a part in getting a 17" wheel though. lol 18" wheels do look better aesthetically, but the weight and tire sizing made me stick with 17". reminder pic.. Does Volk Racing make the CE28 in 18"? http://www.franzfx.com/legacy/2005-10-09/gforce02.JPG -Franz The end of a Legacy http://www.youtube.com/th3franz
dark_rex
^^ HAWT^^ http://www.importhookup.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=250 yeah i've seen those. they're primarily and audi/porshe wheel. they're like $700 / wheel, and their not even forged. the forged ones only come in sick offsets for GT cars (no kidding) i gave up on that a couple months ago. i know all about the risks of going 18". more expensive tires, more pothole risk, etc etc etc... but i want a stiffer sidewall, and i want the look. they'll be summer only wheels, so tire swapping won't be an issue. i'd like some spec b wheels, but the $ just doens't make sense for me right now. these would be a great option for me. anyways, thanks for the help folks... keep the sweet pics coming too. (and holy crap PGT, sorry about your rim dude! ) dR

Did you read that thread? 18" 5x100 +50 offset includes BF Goodrich G Force tires for $2000 shipped. 18" 5x114.3 +35, 45 and 50 offsets available. $2000 shipped Want cheaper tires? Get the above packages with Hankook or Kumho's for $1860 shipped. That's a shipped price with brand new tires mounted and balanced. And I checked. Those rims are either 7.5" or 8" wide, I forgot. I specifically remember they are NOT 7" wide.

But seriously, with some more expensive wheels, it is $100 more per wheel for 18s. Just not Rotas. tom
