boxkita
i'm running down to get me one of these. That automatic just screams rally. The kiddo seat was the real seller tho. The model wrc car clinched the deal. Build my car Boxkita Track days
whitetiger
i wonder how many ways they can tart up and sell that glass CVT before they just give up.

My guess is the cvt replacement program will be expensive for this model. I'm tempted to take a test drive . GEE-OTTO
I see it as their last effort for I.C.E. WRX/cars. The global platform scream vanilla EV all day and the SPT would probably mop up against the 6MT based models, Im sure some influencer on car Tik Tok will be like "SPT vs 6MT watch till the end!" I suppose we all saw this coming with the 5th gen Legacy and again with the WRX/Impreza split. Im sure it will be a fun car its about the size of a Legacy now. The no one is speaking about that rough rear end not sure which design engineer lusted for a old M6 but they should be fired

GEE-OTTO
Also a 4.44 F/D is not good for cruising I hope the 6MT is a 3.54 or 3.

Kroll
To summarize: 1. Honda Civic tail lights 2. Atrocious rear bumper situation 3. Wheel arch cladding that can't be had body color 4. Engine displacement is 20% higher ( 2.4 vs 2.0 L), but only 3 more HP (271 vs 268) 5. Torque remains the same at 258 ft-lbs (277 ft-lb in Ascent) 6. Adaptive dampers and drive mode selection only available on top CVT 'GT' (blasphemy) models. Not on 6MT. 7.Toyoti/Hondification of Subaru complete! Q-Ship. phuzaxeman
Every Subaru model gets criticism for its looks. In 2005, the Legacy was said to look like a Camry. I think this new GT model will sell especially if the tuned CVT pulls some good #'s. I think the XT legacy looks terrible.

I heard the torque curve will be meatier though than the 2 liter. Hopefully it should provide more tuning potential with the extra 400cc too.
