edgemoulic
Hello Everyone hope everything is well. I Just started on changing all my doors because of rust here in my place especially on winter times. I found similar color which matches all my doors and bumpers. But I’m thinking to get the hood since my Legacy is non turbo. Would that hole Will give me a problem if I change mine with it.
whitexc
Others will correct me but you haven't mentioned the year of your car which matters when it comes to the hood/front clip area. There were slight changes to the fourth gen design in XXXX (2007?) model year. Someone....anyone? Thanks for taking care of that car though, turbo or not. It deserves the love. edgemoulic
It is under my username. It will be Overkill to mention again what year and model. Unless they only read the wordings here.
solidxsnake
2005-2007 is all interchangable when it comes to hoods. 08-09 is different.
edgemoulic
It is interchangeable my main question is since my Legacy is non Turbo. What Will be the Best thing to do with the hole in the Middle of it. Would it be ok Or should I put something to block debris going in my engine. DoctorDaveLGT
2005-2007 is all interchangable when it comes to hoods. 08-09 is different. Partially correct. All legacy hoods from 05-09 are interchangeable, its the 08-09 outback hoods that differ and are not interchangeable. 05-07 outback hoods are interchangeable with all 05-09 legacy's. Putting a turbo hood w/ scoop on your car isn't going to hurt anything. I rarely get debris in my hood scoop but if it worries you I would just put some mesh on the back of the scoop under the hood. JmP6889928
All of the 90's OB had scoops and no turbo. You'll be fine with it.
