Wow... Should I dare ask how much for the struts?

Any updates as far as tuning goes?

The struts were $1875 shipped from Subaru of Japan. I got a pretty nice discount from the factory due to my relationship. The issue I have been having is the A/F Ratio sensor not sending a signal even after replacing it with a new one. So we went through the ECU and found a issue with it so ordered another one to replace it. Then the EGR valve was also troublesome so I had to replace it. I've also wanted to get a better turbo and something oem so I just ordered up a IHI VF53 ball bearing turbo from a JDM GRB STI SPEC C.

Part Number - 14411AA820

Finally finally got the rear bumper installed and the exterior is now finished. Well except for a couple minor issues with the door moldings so I bought new ones.

The rear bumper looks awesome! Did you end up taking the bumper support off or trimming it back? If so, is that a pretty involved process?

The JDM Legacy Wagon rear bumper is the shortest of them all. It is shorter than the JDM OUTBACK bumper, EDM, and AUDM models. I had to buy a EDM rear crash beam from a legacy wagon from their market and trim it down to fit the JDM wagon rear bumper. This is because the JDM Legacy models do not use a crash beam due to lower crash standards.

dam i'm feeling good. my whole strip down, body work, paint and assembly was $2000. that was for my friend who helped. we didn't talk for 6 months after. we just started talking again. lol.

That's actually on the cheaper side of the going rate. I had a few quotes while in CA of 8-10k to respray my wagon OBP.

My buddy is putting in the JDM Mcintosh system. Well at least attempting to. Got the door speakers installed. Just needs to get the door panels modified and install an amp + new HU.

These yellow grommets were needed to install the middle speaker.

Middle speakers installed but need to be wired up.

Just a heads up, in my experience McIntosh speaker surrounds disappear around the 10 year mark. If these speakers haven't already been done and are approaching that age or are older, I'd consider getting new surrounds (even if not cracking) before having to do another pull and install.
