Kalien32's 05 White Wagon...

I don't plan on leaving the spoiler all blue. I've been messing with a few ideas on how I'd like to paint it..

I laid out two options the other day.. but I'm not sure I really care for either one..

Next thing I'm going to try is doing the entire thing white, but leaving the bottom exposed, so you only really see the carbon when you lift the rear gate..

I'm open to suggestions, and I'll try them out with wrap, before committing to paint.

Something like the reverse of Option #2 with sides like this might look good.

The issue I see is looking from the side is that transition along that long body line from paint to carbon, right at the back.

I agree... the side view is the problem area...

I like the idea of having the center exposed. I really enjoy the center seam, and it would be a shame to cover it up..

Maybe do like your suggestion, and also have underneath carbon?

build thread was great until it turned into rice man.

Lol. What exactly makes it rice? The one large carbon part, that I'm trying to figure out how to cover in a tasteful way?

Pretty much everything else is OEM...

Genuinely interested in your opinion..

Im still leaning towards painting the entire top...

is the best option !

in the end i love the seam on the top but is too much blue that unbalance the car .

keep the blue under is a nice touch !

Yes... so it's only seen when the hatch is lifted...

Had a tire blow out on my car. And I figured I'd do some maintenance while I have the car on jacks.. 1st thing on my list is to clean up the exhaust.

GooGone was a life saver... had a bunch of tar stuck to the exhaust. Sprayed GooGone on it, let it sit for a couple hours, came back and they wiped right off..
