cBax
And yes, I realize a vf52 isn't a kick your teeth out turbo. Unless you're used to a 2.5i that's on it last leg or any of the previous lifted jeeps she used to daily. She's already started complaining about the premium gas and the 18mpg avg. I said "18mpg! That's excellent! I was averaging 16!". '05 Outback XT www.facebook.com/baxleysspeedshop www.baxleysspeedshop.com

cBax
Sitting at 1500 miles and now on Amsoil ZROD 10w-30. Still got the chirp/squeak/squeal and a slight oil leak (not enough to leave a mark in the driveway). Plan is to pull the timing apart, inspect/fix the oil leak and replace the tensioner and idler with OEM...AFTER I get her 2.5i's head gaskets done. It also will come off wastegate pressure then and I'll see what I can get out of the stock TMIC and fuel pump/injectors for now. Pretty darn happy with it so far. cBax
And this is mostly the reason I haven't been full time XT. pic of first race of the year on the new wide rubber. Got sent home in the morning for being too loud (102db @ 40'), came back after lunch w/ the stock exhaust installed and got #1 pax and fastest car.
