WRX USA
I’ve been trying to find these lights mounted in the fog position. I’m assuming they are PIAA’s based on the stickers on the car. Edited March 22 by WRX USA
WRX USA
I’ve also ordered one of these Liberal rear under protectors in body color, satin white pearl. http://www.liberal-aero.com/products/parts/outback_def/rup.html Edited March 22 by WRX USA

WRX USA
Will you get the front one too? I don’t plan on getting the front or the side ones. My thought with the back one is that it will make the car look lower without sacrificing too much clearance and with the front OEM skirts I think it will look “balanced”. nomad
Nice. I was going to ask what you thought of those Liberal Aero parts I'm still contemplating buying this XT here in New Zealand Edited January 18, 2018 by nomad
nomad
I considered buying the front one too but it would mean removing the OEM front 'chin' spoilers which I like better than the slightly smaller ones from the Liberal Aero kit I do like the look though

WRX USA
Are your cars LHD or RHD? Oz is RHD They even make you convert LHD to RHD for road eligibility: https://www.transport.wa.gov.au/licensing/import-a-car-from-overseas.asp
WRX USA
I considered buying the front one too but it would mean removing the OEM front 'chin' spoilers which I like better than the slightly smaller ones from the Liberal Aero kit I do like the look though I didn’t realize that the chin spoilers shown on Liberal’s site weren’t the OEM ones. I assumed that the Liberal front under cover was partially covering them. I have known about these pieces for a while but I have never been a fan of the chrome on our cars so when I thought about getting it paint matched to the body I finally sold myself on it. nomad
Are your cars LHD or RHD? We're a RHD market here in New Zealand although any LHD car over 20 years old can get a permit...a car less than 20 years old needs to meet certain requirements ie: historically significant, rare, collectable etc Edited January 19, 2018 by nomad

WRX USA
. Specific cylinder failed? Like lots of misfire in a given cylinder? He just said “obvious rod knock above 2k rpm”. What I don’t get is that they didnt find a fuel leak. Fuel on the MCB Edited January 25, 2018 by WRX USA
xt2005bonbon
Well, if they did not find a fuel leak and it looks obvious and they tell you obvious rod knock, then I would doubt a bit their diagnostic skills... WRX USA
Well, if they did not find a fuel link and it looks obvious and they tell you obvious rod knock, then I would doubt a bit their diagnostic skills... I’ve thought about that, but the rod knock is something I definitely heard. This happened originally on Sunday almost immediately after getting gas. Right as I was getting home I heard some knock and initially thought it was bad gas. I changed the oil and it was dark (about 2K on it) but looked otherwise clean. Admittedly I was looking for obvious metal and I should probably look again more closely (or with a magnet). I still have the oil, so it would be easy to send to Blackstone. I was in denial about it for a couple days and just let it sit there so thats why I’m handling better now than most.
