Get in touch with koni directly. They will replace it but i believe you have to pull it, send it in then they replace it. Yup, what Mike said is true. Cool cool. Only new springs need to settle, once they are settled if you move em they dont need to resettle. No worries on the alignment. We are just starting to practice with the new machine now. Mike

Alignment would be extra. We havent set alignment pricing yet, however without alignment we will get it as close to stock as possible by eye. Mike

Yuppers. We only charge 200 to swap out regular struts. The extra 95 is due to the koni assembly and cutting. So yes, his springs and strut hardware with his rear konis, and our front konis with our housings will run 295 + his front core and his front konis. Mike

Nice! Would have gotten a bendpack or mohawk if we could have afforded it. Ended up with an atlas unit. Definitely spend the $ and get the slip plates built into the ramps. Makes alignments much better. Mike

We charge $295 for the Koni install and as you said since we are doing the install here in house no issue on the cores. Basically we keep a set pre-built so when he comes in we'll take his new konis and his original struts and put our pre-built ones into his car. Just let us know when he is ready. Mikey, I agree, as a customer, I would not want to pay such a high core fee either. The only advantage is that they would know they are installed correctly. I saw the pics of the shop out West, looking real good! Next time you are in the tri-state, you need to stop by. We took over the entire building on the left side of the lot and built out a bonefide waiting room and an office as well. Just picked up a second lift 4post drive on with slip plates and we just got our bluetooth heads back for the alignment machine we picked up from a closed shop. Once we have finished training and practicing, we will be doing full on alignments and corner balancing. If i ever get out to West, i cant wait to see the shop. Have you tried re routing any of the lines/wiring? While they might fit a certain way, you are putting in something Subaru never intended to be there. You could un bolt the re-circ valve hose from the manifold and see if that gives you the little bit of extra room. Just saying there are always options.
