  1. Yeah, the steering wheel carbon bling came from him too Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  2. Handles were plug and play. Yank the old ones off. Snap the new ones on. Only thing to note is that there were a few metal clips on the new handles so just take inventory of your clips and transfer from old to new as necessary. Handles and armrest were advertised black with red stitching. I sent him pictures of my boots and asked him to match the grey stitch. He said no problem. Had them ready in a day or two. Ordered July 9th and received on the 21st. Cost was $100 for the handles and arm rest. It was a complete armrest minus the hinge so I hit the local junkyard for a hinge because I had the extended armrest which has a different hinge. @legacymarket on Instagram. I have ordered 3 times in the past month and never had an issue. He mentioned donor parts might become an issue so I'm sending him my handles back to help him out. If anyone wants to donate handles or armrests hit me up and I'll send him a bunch. Or I'll go to the junkyard and get him a box full. Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  3. SOLD Selling a grimmspeed up pipe. $125 shipped CONUS from Utah + PayPal fees. New grimmspeed gaskets available for $25 additional. 4. A guy in Kyrgyzstan. $100 shipped for the armrest and door pulls. Ordered mine June 9th and received today. Want me to ask him about door pull only price? Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  5. Had some door pulls and armrest covered to match the shift and hand brake boots Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  6. Looks like they're aimed very high Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  7. What is your end goal? Both will need motors eventually, all cars do, it's likely the spec will need one sooner due to the slightly higher miles assuming they were both properly maintained and neither suffered a manufacturing defect. Are they both manual? I'd take the spec just for the rarity and 6mt, upgraded suspension arms etc. Better dampers, nicer interior. I'd start with the compression and leak down checks. If the spec numbers came back questionable it might give you a little bargaining power on the price. Just based off emotion alone I'd go with the spec. Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  8. Yes, the leather is folded over internally and stitched. It indexes the boot retainer/groove on the shift knob Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  9. I'll go $100 shipped for the boots and knob. Add 3% PayPal or send as friends/family Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  10. I'll grab pics of the Cobb knob when I return tomorrow Found pics on my phone of a set of boots from my outback. . Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  11. I'll come to Alaska with a truck and trailer, move you to Maine and haul your lgt back to my home in Utah [emoji6] and I have a set of rear outback struts/coils if you need them Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  12. I have a Cobb CAI with heat shield and brand new Cobb filter plus a grimmspeed TMIC as soon as my FMIC shows up. Also have a grimmspeed up pipe with new grimmspeed gaskets and JDM manifold risers if you're deleting your TGVs. Maybe some more stuff too. I'll have to look. Just found a black/red Cobb shift knob with boot retainer and a new set of black leather w/silver stitching shift and hand brake boots. I'll keep digging Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  13. X2, I have a 52 with gobs of torque and on outback gearing 1st and 2nd are virtually worthless if you are too generous on the throttle. It was fun at first but going to change it up a bit. You can run through 1 and 2 responsibility or spank the rev limiter. No happy medium Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  14. Drill a hole in a piece of square stock. Bolt the strut to the stock and put the stock in the vice. 36" pipe wrench...damn tight. The more I thought about it I had to edit/add. The pipe wrench will crush the lock nut making it did in and or become tighter with increased friction Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  15. Ok man, I do feel bad when things do not go as planned so definitely reach out of I can do anything. So if you're considering getting destructive I have a recommendation. Put it in a vice. Get two guys, two punches, two hammers. Hit at the same time, opposite sides, in a loosening direction. We have disassembled large cylinder caps this way on main landing gear struts. 16. I'll take a carbon grill next batch (or this one) assuming this was an order for caseam Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  17. Fumoto valve. I'll take it Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  18. I can find the part numbers from my order but they'll be legacy. Internet search provided 91151AG03A and 91151AG02A for the outback.https://www.subarupartwholesale.com/p/Subaru__Outback/Roof-Luggage-Carrier-Side-Rail-Left/49308540/91151AG03A.html is a good $100 per side less expensive than most sources. Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  19. Hey, are you referring to the BCs off that sedan I parted out? I didn't know the condition of the coilovers because I bought the car for the breaks but I'd be happy to work with you on the coilovers Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  20. Yes, I just installed legacy rails on my outback. They're surprisingly inexpensive from the dealer. A lot of the outback owners on here would prefer legacy rails so you could likely swap with them Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk

  22. Talk to your painter. They might prefer to color change used bumpers if you can find a decent set. New plastic is difficult to get paint to stick to Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  23. Just a little interior clean up. New shift and hand brake boots Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
