  1. I'd consider King KSRS29 and no spacer Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  2. Clock spring would be the first thing I would look at if it operates inconsistently Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  3. Just basing my spring knowledge on quality aftermarket springs. They'll settle once (at least this is true in off-road suspension) that is where I have more knowledge. Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  4. I actually ordered OEM legacy wagon springs for the front. Being that they are new and OEM/not the best quality, I would expect a little sag as time passes. Since posting last night I ordered the ADF rear sway bar mount reinforcement brackets. Last time I was under the car I noticed the end links are new so I'll run them until they give me an issue. 5. Should add, 225/55/17 Yokohama on 17x7.5 +48 sparco Terra. No trimming, no rolling, no rubbing. This is the only pic I have on my phone and the car has settled out another .25 front and rear. Alignment is very square. The other outback is my son's and is running my wife's stock suspension and needs all of the alignment parts I installed on mine! Sent from my HD1925 using Tapatalk
  6. I just installed new kyb legacy wagon struts and new oem wagon front springs, new kyb top hats (yes yours will work) I reused my spring seats from my outback struts. I chose outback king ksrs-29 rear springs, new OEM spec b rear upper control arms, kta124 rear and and kca307 rear toe lock out. I'm very happy with the ride but the rear is still not very flat so I ordered a 20mm rear white line sway bar and I'll install it after I source some sway bar mount reinforcement brackets. I just did all new Bilstein struts and spec b top hats, h-techs, new seats, and isolators on my wife's legacy wagon. Mine rides somewhere between her new suspension and her stock suspension. Her's is very flat and planted and stiff over bumps in a sporty way. I'd take her's over mine up a canyon but mine over her's on a rough freeway commute. I was looking at the king 1" drop front and rear but I didn't want to get into sub frame spacers and driveline swap. Not sure if you know this but I didn't, there are too drain holes in the front top spring seat, they face outwards. If you do not position them correctly your struts will clunk. 7. Thank you, I'll order one! Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  8. I used your method with the clamps and it shows passenger airbag on. The airbag light is still on the dash like a fault maybe? Did you have to turn it off or have the dealer reset it? I tried torque pro and there was no faults. Also, I have a few seat bases so I have the make plugs. Maybe we can swap some parts and get us both set up Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  9. Thanks, this sounds exactly like what I was thinking. I plan on drilling and tapping the 05 strain gages. Thru hole in the lower jaw of the strain gauge with tapped there's on the upper jaw. Insert bolt with loctite and tighten reach bolt until the sensor believes the seat is occupied. I'll keep all pieces to try your new fix you come up with. Thanks again Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  10. Did you finish this project? I need to do the same for my wife's 05 legacy GT wagon with 07 outback seats. Tan to black swap Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
