  1. Wish I could have gotten the Abyss Blue but none were available last year, great color choice. The WRX STI was always a car I wanted until I finally test drove one, a 2015 and boy was it harsh, felt every tiny bump. My wife would of probably never rode in it so I passed on it. Did you test drive a Legacy XT before buying the Sport ? If so could you share your thoughts on power difference between the WRX? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  2. Variant Aero apparently makes a front lip. There has been some prototypes floating around but they are in production now. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  3. I got one in the exact factory color directly from the dealer. It's base coat and clear coat plus an abrasive tip to remove crusty rusty paint. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  4. Found some Canadian numbers for the first 6 months of 2021. It's 437 for the Legacy vs 5004 Outbacks. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  5. It's basically what used to be midsize is now almost small/ compact size. 2005 Outback might even be smaller inside than a new Impreza. Even more pronounced in the truck world, a full-size pickup from the 90s is as big as a midsize pickup now lol. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  6. I wouldn't be surprised if the Legacy will be discontinued in the near future. It already is in Australia and Europe. Everyone seems to want a big ugly SUV these days. Haven't seen another Turbo Legacy yet. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  7. More chrome delete done. Anthracite with green metalizer. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  8. It's the Crux Motorsports kit, it's pre cut and comes in a variety of finishes. https://www.cruxmoto.com/product/crux-motorsports-window-chrome-delete-kit-for-2020-subaru-legacy/ Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  9. Thanks, I'll have a look one of these days. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  10. How do they detach? Does just the chrome piece pop out of the whole bezel? Would be much easier for painting as my chrome is bubbling. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  11. It maybe took me 2h at the most, even came with 2 sets of mirror and that rear "C" shaped part in case you mess up. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks, I never even thought about using a template, just slapped it on there and tried to cut it out right haha. I'll have to give it another try sometime. The Crux chrome delete worked flawlessly, went way faster than I thought. The vinyl they use is fastly superior than the "vvivid" brand it seems. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  13. Tried to wrap the grille piece but the area around the emblem is stupid to get right. Also the crease between the upper and bottom part makes it a challenge. Pulled it back off, looked sloppy. I noticed my chrome fog light trim is bubbling, "great quality". [emoji849] Going to give the good old plasti dip a shot. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  14. Yes the Crux kit, I tried before to wrap it with just bulk vinyl but couldn't get a clean cut with the excessive material. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  15. Yes they do. Had it installed since February and no issues. The headliner is further back than the eyesight camera and if you tuck it nicely nothing can move. Here are some pictures:
  16. I routed mine from the mirror along the edge of the windscreen over to the A- pillar, then down and into the 12v socket in the glove box. There is enough flex in the headliner and plastic eyesight cover to tuck the cable into it. A- pillar cover just snaps off with some clips. Over on SubaruOutback.org is a thread where they wired it directly into the overhead interior light/ sunroof wiring. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  17. Looks great, was the grille piece a pain to wrap? I have the chrome delete on the way but will try and wrap the grille as well. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  18. If they had a Sport with the turbo I would of jumped on that trim level, but they don't even have the Sport in Canada. Only up to 2019. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  19. I haven't experienced any judder in my 2020 2.4T at any speed. But I have a loaner 2018 Forester right now and there is definitely some shudder/ jerking going on. I have only driven a 2018 Legacy sport once but the 2020 feels like a completely different car. I'd recommend test driving one to see if you like the new "features" with almost everything being controlled by the big screen vs actual buttons. Also the choice between the 2.5 and the 2.4 turbo, big difference performance wise. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  20. Are those your taller tires? Looks kind of small. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  21. Many peeps might be happy with just a "driveability" tune but not sure I would chance it. My nearest dealer already cried warranty when I mentioned of doing my own maintenance. [emoji849] Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  22. Did they give you a fair price on your trade in? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  23. It's 87 only, no benefits with premium fuel, the ecu doesn't adjust for higher octane. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  24. The OEM pads should be Akebono, wouldn't consider those to be a bad brand. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
