  1. Sign up for a lease, immediately buy it out at the contractually set price. That total cost is less than purchasing upfront.
  2. Does this mean that if I would like to add a WB, but not the gauge pod, that I could wire in the WB in place of the rear O2 sensor and then my tuner would be able to use the data? (With my AP v3)
  3. IDK, mine does pretty good on jeep trails. I passed a Crosstrek that had chickened out in Escalante this summer. It's pretty fun to be the boring sedan parked in between a lifted Jeep and a Raptor.
  4. ^^ That is clearly not OEM, but I wonder if it would be good enough for BNR to upgrade it?
  5. Mine doesn't do that. The heater won't blow until the coolant is 145 degrees.
  6. Had to buy a jug of Rotella T6 while I was out and about today because my oil light came on. My last oil change was ~2000 miles ago and today it was below the low mark (hot). So this is the first time it has burned oil in a long time. I added about 3/4 of a quart and the light turned off. The jug was $30 at Autozone and $20 on Amazon, so I feel pretty good about always ordering from Amazon...
  7. As mentioned previously, it's not certain what that result would be. Have you looked in to 1" strut spacers? Also, if you are on '10-'12 stock springs, the '13 springs help a lot with not scraping.
  8. The map notes should tell you what the boost target is. My understanding is that +/- 1 PSI is not a concern.
  9. Much appreciated sir. I'm still kind of on the fence since I've learned to live with it, but it's nice to know that there is a solution.
  10. I've read that man, some of those are my posts. I was asking about your personal experience and opinion on whether it's worth it.
  11. What's the difference like? I've been knocking around the idea of switching them out myself. Is it worth it?
  12. I didn't need one, but if you do you could just use any old washer. It's not essential that it be OEM.
  13. I'll sell you mine, they're just sitting in boxes on my deck. Shipping would be a lot though I bet.
  14. I have had a cheapo amazon memory foam mattress for more than two years now. It's the most comfortable one I've even used period. Best $120 bucks I ever spent. Don't spend too much on it, they're all the same.
  15. We don't have a pitch stop mount. That's the correct tranny mount. Consider adding these too: Energy Suspension 19.1103G Transmission Crossmember Mount Bushings that's my plan.
  16. I agree. With it sharing parts with the Civic, I'm sure there will be plenty of aftermarket upgrades available... and you won't have to drive a Civic to get them. If only it had AWD, it would be a no-brainer to me. For the money, I would choose the 4runner TRD. That ancient, gas guzzling 4.0 V6 will never die. But I wouldn't want to daily either of them, I'm a car guy. I think a raised WRX would be cool, but I'm not a big fan of the WRX crowd. I guess I'll keep the LGT for another year at least.
  17. Received my AP v3 for the trade in today. I'll be mailing in my v2 tomorrow. You all know that Cobb is ending the trade in deal and also support for the v2's right?
  18. ^^ That's going to feel like a different car when you get it back
  19. Pics of my Mishimoto oil cooler installed: https://imgur.com/a/0KfoZYp Part # MMOC-WRX-0^T
  20. My USDM came with a factory oil cooler. I think that would be pretty hard to fit because of how thick it is. I did consider it back when I got my Mishimoto rad tho.
  21. I feel the same. I'm (finally!) in a place in my life where I could get a new car, but nothing really appeals to me. Everything feels like it would be a downgrade from the LGT in one way or another. It's so cool to have a quick, manual, AWD car that I can get down roads with Jeeps and F150s. If the next Legacy had the 2.4 turbo from the ascent, or even the 2.0 from the WRX, I think that would be my next car.
  22. I do not have an oil temp gauge unfortunately. This was to remedy my cooling system's inability to keeps temps down on those 115+ days. My hope is that this will take enough strain off the radiator that I can at least keep AC. I'll try to get some pictures next time I have the bumper off, might be a week though. Sorry, I meant to, but towards the end my family was waiting on me for dinner, so I rushed to clean up and put oil in.
  23. I installed the Mishimoto oil cooler kit for the '06 and '07 WRX & STI. I was hoping that the brackets would fit, from looking at the installed pictures... They did not. With some help from my dad, I was able to bend and modify them to work, so overall it was a success, but it is absolutely not a "bolt on" fit. Routing the hoses was interesting. Out inlet hoses are right in the way. I ended up sending one oil hose above, and one below. I'm happy with the result though, and hopefully my temps will be more reasonable on those unreasonably hot days that PHX gets.
