  1. Don't worry, other people will provide "feedback" on the road about whether or not they are low enough.
  2. If you need 08-09 OBXT grilles to mod, I have 2 of them available now. Did you mean on the S402 grille? The silver mesh one is this one (pic from Sobanoodle): And the black JDM Outback one: http://resource.buyee.jp/yahoo/auction/f7/dc/2c/2cdcf7
  3. I have 2 other JDM OEM grilles that are currently buried deep in my storage locker (since I'm in the middle of moving). One black Outback grille and one silver plastic mesh grille. So I actually have three "personalities".
  4. Very nice! How did you wire up the headlights, specifically the turn signals and city lights? Did you test fit your eyelids to make sure they fit JDM D-F headlights? I have a swapped front end now, but I bought some JDM eyelids that wouldn't fit my USDM face lifted front end and that is how I slowly figured out on my own that everything needed to be swapped to make a JDM D-F Outback bumper work.
  5. JDM D-F Outback/S402 front end installed and I updated my parts list on the first post.
  6. http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv87/JoshEAllen/FC085A4F-8CD8-495F-822F-A9FADC63B54D.jpg I still need to get a USDM scoop and some minor under hood hardware.
  7. You need the beam, with washer hose preinstalled, the pump, o-ring, pump bracket, and washer fluid tank.
  8. http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv87/JoshEAllen/2E2F017F-3247-4959-AD23-7991DB7E9F2B.jpg Headlight washer plumbing. I figured this may be interesting/helpful to someone.
  9. Work in progress. http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv87/JoshEAllen/4D148921-EFA4-42B7-93D5-A45B47A78562.jpg
  10. In case anyone is wondering, the 08-09 OBXT hood scoop is NOT interchangeable with anything in the same generation but it does work on the 2010 and 2011 LGT's.
  11. Finding out the hard way that the OBXT hood scoop from an 08-09 doesn't fit on an LGT hood today. According to Opposed Forces (http://opposedforces.com/parts/info/90821AG000NN/) it should fit but when you look at the actual part, it has a part number of 90821AG004NN on it and it doesn't fit on the hood.
  12. I'd very much like to. It all depends on when I actually move to Portland.
  13. Dropped my car off at the body shop. I could have it back as early as Monday but I told them to take their time, if they need it. I'm doing the JDM D-F Outback front end with washer headlights, a legit S402 grille (from #241), and OEM bumper skirts.
  14. It also allows the paint shop to paint and clear around the edges without having to do any masking. You'll also want to do blending on the doors (and A pillars, if you're OCD) and rear quarter panels, in addition to paint matching. I found out that my JDM Outback D-F fender has some damage that I'll need to install it first so they can make sure it's perfect, before I uninstall everything so they can paint it.
  15. I dropped off everything at the body shop today. They are super busy so it will be next week, at the earliest, but probably longer. I wanted to get all of those parts out of my house so they didn't get damaged before I even painted them.
  16. I have the Killer B Holy Header and an AVO380 on deck so TS won't work for me...yet.
  17. I'm open to offers. It would be the hood, fenders (w/flares), fender liners, headlights, foglights w/Diode Dynamics LEDs, grille, front bumper, front beam, absorber, and headlight mounting brackets. Basically every thing you need to convert a pre-facelift Outback XT to a facelifted Outback XT. No dents or major damage, I am just switching to the JDM facelift.
  18. I actually bought 2 sets of JDM mufflers, these Prodrives and some quad tip Corazon's. I wanted the Corazon's to fit so I tried them first but they rear beam kept them from bolting up to the midpipe. I bolted up the Prodrives and then drove around for 5-10 minutes and then trimmed the bumper. I have been melting the foam absorber between the skin and the beam, but that will eventually stop. Long term, I plan on gettting a JDM rear bumper, with the proper beam, so I could use either setup. For now, I am happy with it. I'm using all Kartboy XL hangers. I still have the Nameless midpipe. I think the Prodrives sound much refined than the Nameless 5" mufflers. I never disliked the Nameless setup, I think I just wanted something that was overall quieter. I do love this setup, even though I am no longer stealthy looking I am much stealthier sounding.
  19. Keep in mind that the difference between your stock rack and the STi rack is much smaller than the OBXT and the STi rack so even if he does have issues, you may not.
