  1. 6MT should be installed early this week. I have no intention of changing my suspension or wheel/tire combination (other than using my 04 BBS's). The reason that I went with the SpecB 6MT over an STi 6MT is that I didn't want DCCD and I wanted the taller 6th to lower RPMs cruising on road trips. My current transmission and clutch is at 114K and I intend on going Flex Fuel so I had concerns about already needing a clutch while at the same time adding enough power that could stress the transmission. This 6MT had a clutch replacement 3K ago and only has 62K on it.
  2. I ordered a wagon set yesterday morning and they canceled my order this morning.
  3. Another one of the STi Genome grilles for sale if anyone is interested. http://page17.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/v456305626 I would think shipping wouldn't exceed $100 and would be closer to $60-$80, depending on the box that it isn't shipped in. Also, here are the STi Genome wheels: http://page24.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/q113997242 http://page21.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/j381761739
  4. If you buy the speakers you will also need the front doorcards since there are mids that we don't have and you'll want the grille properly placed.

  6. I'd think between $100-125 on the shipping. Just for comparison sake this wing is similar in size and you can use their shipping calculator. (https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/16732)
  7. I guess I need to post this again: http://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/p392811948 All it takes is money...
  8. As far as the aesthetic changes go, when I'm done I will be able to fit any Legacy D-F grille, I will have factory HIDs with leveling, an aluminum hood, and factory lip skirts. Here is one of the grilles I got. http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv87/JoshEAllen/2A724D35-59A3-4939-BE01-091A3F83F9F4.jpg
  9. I have about $80 in to these shipped to me and I still need to get them painted SWP. You can still get new sets through JapanParts.com as well: https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/3007.
  10. I completely agree. It was well worth the price of admission and I have no plans to ever take it off.
  11. I have been amassing parts for some time now. I am planning both a power upgrade and an aesthetic change. I'll provide more details this week when I get a large shipment but I am pretty sure no one has done this in the US. In the mean time, I got these mirror finishers/garnishes yesterday (J1017AG070) http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv87/JoshEAllen/C6FBB97D-0AA8-4494-A7D0-6F243FCB418F.jpg
  12. Google Chrome will translate and you can purchase using Buyee.
  13. No, but these ones should: http://page19.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/x436028695
  14. In respects to 08-09, is it 100% confirmed that the USDM hood works? I understand that an OBXT will also need a LGT aluminum hood. For reference. http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv87/JoshEAllen/968AAF61-BE81-4195-9123-F4BA898BEE56.jpg
  15. Have you asked at a body shop if there are any tricks to opening your hatch? It seems like something similar could happen in a rear end collision.
  16. Shipping on those could be brutal! Like $500-600 brutal. I bought a set of my V7 STi wheels for "cheap" on YJA and found out the hard way. Overall they were still a good deal.
  17. They come up often so even if you don't win this one they'll be others in black. Happy to be a good enabler! Also for anyone interested, the Liberal wing (aka the wing the MachV wing is based on) is available all day long in Japanland: http://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/p392811948
  18. This would look awesome on your car. http://page12.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/p506334687
  19. It has been a while since I have updated this thread. I am now almost at 107K miles. I did the 105K service and installed the Gates Racing Timing Belt, Tomei Timing Belt Guide and Killer B Water Pump Housing at the same time. Since then I have installed the Perrin Steering Dampener Lockdown (http://perrinperformance.com/i-22342620-steering-dampener-lockdown.html) and Group-N transmission mount. http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv87/JoshEAllen/9FCAE791-FCC6-41C2-909F-62AEF9C84697.jpg
