  1. Have you checked on how different your doors are from the 5th gens? I can't see (visually) any difference. This might open a whole new deal. I run the Prova set up. I hate chrome, and its a solid attachment and I have run through MANY carwashes. Here is what they look like...(middle of the scroll) http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/did-you-do-your-5th-gen-todayii-vol-2-200439.html?p=5054520&highlight=islandborn#post5054520

Here is where you can get them at a great price:

  2. I ran Eibachs on mine with stock struts. I enjoyed the drop and the ride. Of course it was not "cushy" and I did scrape occasionally on large bumps. I would say they were a great "middle" ground between full stock setup and the Koni setup. Now.... my struts finally gave out after about 70k miles in which I switched to coilovers. Here is a link on the eibachs with a picture (not my car):

For the price - I say go for it. Unless you want to hold out, save up the cash, and do the Koni setup which has been proven to be awesome. Or boss out and suck it up longer to buy a great coilover setup.

  3. I think if we all get Kizashis we will just get along a LOT better.

trolling... found an interesting discussion on one of their forums...

"I think a Subaru Legacy is the closest car to a Suzuki Kizashi all things considered."

"I think a used base model is250, g35, or acura is probably the only replacement that would feel good for a kizashi. The Legacy is not a sporty car anymore"

  4. This might be too cheesy for some of you but....

Talking about Birthdays.... so yesterday was mine and about 4 years ago I started sending my mom flowers on my birthday - thanking her for her sacrifices and work in raising me.... never really thought about it until I started raising my own kids and understanding what hardships (sleepless nights, vomiting in restaurants, loss of work due to me being sick, etc..) they went through with me. Its a awesome way of feeding the soul.

I did bring it up to all my students.... maybe I'll get one to strengthen their relationship with their parents than what it was previously....

Also ensures me moving up a bit higher in the will over my two siblings! ;)

  5. So I'm quite melancholy today. Background - im a H.S. teacher, been teaching for 16 years.

I found out today that three students of mine got busted for acid on campus. They were part of a bust that had a few others... one girl took a hit and started freaking out - off to the hospital she went.

Anyways, it kills me when stuff like that happens to kids I teach.... they were good kids dammit. Did something to be "cool" at the time, and now sitting with Felony charges and removed from school. These kids here at the school are mostly low socio-economic level and I push for them to break the cycle and get out of the getto/trailer park.... eats me up inside. Oh well.

  6. My wife sent this to me.... I died laughing - you have to read the questions and reviews at the bottom... oh, so funny!
