I purchased this kit 5 years ago. It was only set up for 3.5mm headphone jack at that point. I do not know what improvements have been made since then but I recommend getting a bluetooth receiver for it anyways. Allows for stealth install and don't have to constantly plug/unplug things

100% the way to go. There are some people saying the Rival S 1.5 is the tire to have this year but there's nothing indicating that the RE71R is done yet. three out of the top 5 STR times at this event (1,2,5) were all RE71R. 3 was the Rival S 1.5 and 4 was the Rival S. RE71R will be way better in the wet than any rivals though.

I'm in this house for about 5-6 years as I fix it up, and then NH may be on the docket. I'll have to see where I can find something, as I work in Beverly currently.

6-9 is about what I want to spend. I just don't want to be too far over that. Glad to hear I can get a good one for that range.

Learn me some 1911s. Friend has a sig 1911 that he picked up new for ~850, Ruger 1911 lists around 720. Ruger in my experience is reliable and there when you need it, but nothing special. I've got an lc9s that I carry, and my 10/22 is a hoot for what it is. I will probably be waiting a bit since I want to stock up on semi-auto rifles here in MA before Maura Healey bans those too. I'm a red blooded American, so I am required to own a 1911 at some point though.

Does it get worse when you turn a particular direction?

I've been running this mod for years with no issues, as have many others in this thread. I went to LEDs though, so perhaps the lower power has made it work.

Just one. And it overrides everything all the time. It will lay audio over your FM radio, or whatever CD you're playing, that's why it comes with a blank CD to play.

I live 10 mins from the NH border and often consider moving there. Mike, your business would be welcome here! BOT - bought myself a VP9 for christmas, and the more I shoot it the more I love it. Will probably pick up an LC9s for less printing during warmer months/ankle carry as well since I loved the one I shot last weekend.

Yeah don't think we have a detailed removal with pictures. It's fairly straightforward, I think you'll be fine.

Last year I just sprayed a bunch of white lithium grease into the hole at the bottom and it was fine. Going to repeat this year as it's just started to do it again with the cold. Way easier than the remove/rebuild.

That seems excessive. Just re-do it and pay attention to what you're connecting to what.

Does your dome light still function as normal? And if you disconnect the wire leading to the map lights does it function as normal? Once disconnected from dome light, do the map lights function as normal?

NB1 has my vote. NC is definitely out, and NA has its place. ND doesn't look like a miata as much anymore.
