  1. Hell yeah thanks for all that info! My goal now is to get it to at least start up with as close to an oem setup as possible. Then from there I can figure out what to upgrade etc. It is just the cap that broke, so I will send all four in to get flow tested. Do you have a contact there I can reach out to when I send?
  2. I think I should buy all new injectors. I dropped one of them and the bottom park cracked. Should I replace with the same ones?
  3. Damn that sucks. I’m up in northern Virginia, I’ll spread the word.
  4. I started to clean up the harness a bit, to at least make it look better and make the MS harness as easy a process as possible. Does anyone see any sense in rewiring stuff or should I cut the wires and leave a pigtail for merging with the MS harness?
  5. Yeah, I went back and forth for like a year. Im pretty sure to run rob tune I would have to switch my manifold over to a 20G, which I don't have. So having to buy that, then an ecu, then the rob tune I would be into it for enough money to just buy the Megasquirt setup instead.
  6. It is a 20k my friend. I decided to go stand-alone with megasquirt, I have the sensors I need already, need to buy the MS ecu still.
  7. I guess its time to put this back together. I think I know where everything goes. I will make a better picture maybe
  8. Any idea what gauge wire I should use? It is definitely too thin.
  9. Holy shit its been forever since I updated, or worked on my car really! I just ordered a few things from DIYAUTOTUNE so I can begin getting Megasquirt set up. So if anyone wants to help or offer advice on getting my motor to run on MS, greatly appreciated
  10. Basically none at all, had a busy summer. Going to get started back up soon I swear
  11. Thanks! Someone recommended some generic ones that MachV sells but they are like $15 each. Too much for non OEM. I think I remember saving a thread somewhere that identified Subaru connectors and where to get. Edit: Someone just linked these in my thread over on the first gen forums. Radical! https://www.amazon.com/Waterproof-Electrical-Wire-Connector-Plug/dp/B00HXQWN72 To sum this post up; Come on MachV why so pricey...

  13. Made these so I can hook up the COP set up, in a clean fashion. Still looking for some COP pigtails so I don't have to wire directly to the coil. http://i.imgur.com/zw8zQLOh.jpg Converted my alternator wiring from three wire to two, to match the car. Again I tried to make it clean and hidden: http://i.imgur.com/N9lwKG9h.jpg http://i.imgur.com/50OufnLh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/xSTyybTh.jpg I also moved the fusebox from the factory location to just behind the left headlight. I did not take a picture of that.
  14. throwback thursday fellas! http://i.imgur.com/J7xLpdDh.jpg
  15. Thanks! All that stuff was taking up so much space on the ground so I built those shelves, the total cost was under ten dollars each. Ideally I'd like to get rid of those wheels and tires but I've had no luck selling them so I may just keep. As for the legacy, this week I will be running the wires for the COP conversion with the assistance of my friend Jim, in addition to the other wires required to run the ej20g. Anyone in the DC VA MD area is more than welcome to join in on the fun whenever!
  16. Did I already post these? Sorry if so! http://i.imgur.com/wiHoqvJ.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ltBI2Gn.jpg
  17. Just ordered these things so I can run the additional wires for coil signals. http://i.imgur.com/7tNxJft.png
  18. My radiator and hoses came today! http://i.imgur.com/X8OgQnih.jpg http://i.imgur.com/9TLS5UIh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/qekyV7Th.jpg http://i.imgur.com/9ALLoOCh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ufm5hach.jpg
  19. Today I bought a radiator and some hoses. Stay tuned! http://i.imgur.com/S1aeNWIh.jpg
  20. http://i.imgur.com/S1aeNWIh.jpg Still trying to get a harness into this thing!
  21. I swear I already posted this but oh well. I decided that I am going with iWire for a harness. It is certainly expensive, but not prohibitively so; The cost of the conversion itself is $850, plus $110 for auto to manual wiring. I also have to provide an uncut v4 STI bulkhead harness, from a 97/98 JDM STI. I of course do not have this laying around so I need to either find one for sale somewhere, or purchase from iWire at the cost of $550. I then have to remove my bulkhead harness and send to iWire. Cliff Notes: Someone find me a V4 STI bulkhead harness, and gain my eternal love. http://i.imgur.com/6faP8QFh.jpg
