in japan, second generation spans from 1993-1998
but here its 1995-1999
you'll need the bumper beam from the outbcak too, and the grille - which is taller

...the **** is hanging out the window?

I found a couple of Automatic Shift knobs for those interested.
serach nokya shift knobs on ebay, they're like $4 and pretty legit..
for an AT,
i had one...

So what about us that are not in JDM land? What body parts from an STI or WRX would swap onto my 95 legacy if any? Or any aftermarket bumpers or body parts could i look at?
ebay search 'jdm legacy' to find most jdm parts for the body
also look out for rare parts on japanese auction sites like rinkya.com

I bought a Rear Up Strut Bar Impreza 1994 1995 96 97 98 99 00 01 on Ebay, and it did NOT fit in my sedan. The holes did not match up, so I am noting it here, I am not sure why I bought this one, but I will look for one that belongs for my 1998 LGT Sedan.
yeah that wont fit, impreza for the front, wrx for the rear, everything ive linked fits for sure, as ive used most of those exact links for my own car..
not saying anything to you in specific, but to everyone posting contradicting things; essentially it all comes down to the linked items-they fit.
My understanding is the better brand one are stiffer. They don't flex like the Ebay bars do.this is true, but the amount of flex is miniscule in these bars... small enough to save yourself an extra $100+ unless you're using your car on the track.. ALOT

spt has a few, im going to update this starting now, i dont work tomorrow and no longer have a girlfriend so before drinking the remainder of the drain cleaner, i'll update my list here
-
yeah, ill update this soon enough with more.. ive been outside in the sun before it snows again (sounds farfetched but it snowed here like 2 -3 weeks ago, now its near 80)
-
wagon to wagon and vice versa, itll be the same lenth, but you may have to move around a few mounting points
-
the mounting plates on both ends extend and will even come off...it'll hold up
the front struts are already so close to the firewall that the amount of stress that bar will take will never be enough to damage it or even put a questionable amount of stress on it
-
are the bulbs blown?
check the grounds on the bulbs themselves
-
thats what it is.. a short shifter, i added the link
-
except..second gens dont have MAP, they are MAF
-
po106 is EGR.. i had this code on consistently when i swapped in my jdm 2.5 and didnt tap it for EGR... and it caused absolutely no problems..
so im thinking this isnt the cause of your bad fuel economy
-
yes, basically plug and play, but caliper and rotor choice is up to you.. just remember youre buying them for a 03-04 wrx
-
the rear bar in the first link works^^

P.S. I'm running out of photos on my legacygt.com account, and I have had trouble embedding images from outside photo hosts. LGT.com Support pages were not helpful for me in this case. Suggestions?
photobucket is easiest in my opinion, just click the 'img' one and it auto copies it
-
yep, thanks for letting me know, i'll find a new link for that
-
something ive never thought to ask: did you guys sand off the green crap from the backs of the gauges? or do these leds just over power the green?
-
-
ive always likes the ebc pads enough to not know how hps is ha
-
-
not sure about the other names, i'm talking about the 'U' shaped part that holds the caliper/pads to the hub
