well that's a fail.. the 08+ WRX and STI are 15/16" for the MC bore like the LGT. Sure enough, the booster and MC I Just got is marked 15/16". So, I might see if I can source an aftermarket MC and reservoir to use with the newer booster.
Borg Warner is nice but comparably sized turbos don't outperform the GTX by that much. There was a nice writeup comparing a GTX3076 with a EFR7670.

I'm hoping the biggest difference will be from going 15/16" bore to 1-1/16" bore. I may track down a larger volume reservoir also.
My car is going to be a 2011 STI at its heart just about.. lol
I just ordered a 2011 STI master cyl and brake booster with hose. I am swapping an STI intake manifold also so I'm going to use the hose it comes with. I don't see any reason not to use the 2011 STI one...
Holy crap that sucks! Did you measure the crank dimensions?
I think AWD Tuning in Texas keeps built short blocks on the shelf if you need one in a hurry.
Does your GTX3076R not hold boost up top or does it just slide out of its efficiency range?
I'll be running the same DOM1.5XT-R that I have. I think it's essentially a stock location GTX3071. I'll be running stage 1 cams with porting and upgraded springs and valves. I'll be running pump gas to start but may make either a 110 race gas or E98 tune for runs at the strip.
I heard picking up the vehicle speed wire from the cluster should work. The MapDCCD has an internal 3 axis g-force sensor.
I suppose I could use vampire connectors, if that is what you are referring to that the DCCDPro comes with. I'd prefer to solder it or add it to the ECU wiring harness pin.
