ha, this is why i hate subaru service.... namely now ganley who i told the guy i will never come back there for service. they have a steering wheel and full carpet in for me. sux for them. they will eat the cost for that. so here is there customer apperciation special: -Oil Change - Up to 5 quarts -16-point vehicle inspection -Tire rotation -FREE wiper blades -FREE car wash -Check for recalls/campaigns all for 50 bux. ugh. yea so NTB does that for 40 bux and more. subaru has like the most expensive oil change ever.

yea i reset the ecu last weekend. really had no effect. i think it is gas. now everything is smooth up until when i hit peak boost when it gets a big jerkey but that is subaru for ya from what i understand

i switched to shell v power 93 and there is def a 90% improvement. when boost kicks in at about 3500rpm that is when i get a lil double dip then jerk. i will keep u posted. u can still come drive my car.

GetGo blends their gas to save money 2. leak in boost gauge. there is a 3rd option..... b/c this is my first manual car..... maybe it is something i screwed up in the tranny? i dunno though. one of j00 nuts can drive my car if u feel like it and see what a stock leggy feels like again.

i forget where i read it, but from what i remember on a lot of these especially high mileage cars it turns out to be a bad connection between a sensor which i forget. it was either the crank sensor or the actual injector connector. a little dielectric grease solved the problem.

ok stupid question...... which cap do u fill the radiator fluid? turbo side reservoir or actual cap on the radiator? i would have to look, but do we even have an overflow tank w/ a screw cap like traditional non turbo cars? i am so not used to the coolant system setup on this car yet.

well, supposedly for now i dont need to get cut. the pain is manageable. still life limiting though. the way to treate ACNES is a series of injections into the nerve to numb it to see if that is the actual problem. some people have to go back every few weeks for an injection but from what i read after a few "treatments" the problem fixes iteself.
