Just talked to Marty over at Raxles. What a great guy! I didn't want to take a chance on some aftermarket units. I know some have worked but with suppliers changing, this is job I only want to do once. I have some motul 300 on the way next week so I'll throw out a review post-install. Many folks have had great luck with Exedy; I did not. However, looking back and being honest, I don't think it was the clutch. I think it was my fault for not properly breaking it in. Once I burned through that clutch in about 65k I went looking and settled on a Comp stg 2 (with a proper break-in ) I'm approaching 200k and had the clutch in for about 75k, 30k of which has been at stg 3 (335 whp). I've had no issues other than ignoring the chatter. Clutch holds like a champ. All that's to say that you should be skeptical of personal reviews. Not only are they anecdotal (mine included), but much of its longevity depends on the driver. I think most people want to avoid the humility and blame the manufacturer. Choose wisely

I think it's more of an issue of people not really understanding what it is or what it does. We've been through some higher turnover in ownership where all the elder members who bought their cars with appropriate intel and intentions have sold their cars. Now there are 2nd or 3rd party noobs to the game without much knowledge of the former investments on their vehicles. I'm still hopeful we're on Cobb's radar :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

FWIW, I do not hear my pump straining on my 05. I try to make sure I'm turning while moving as well. I've run this rack for nearly a year and I've had no issues. I'm also convinced that it helped me avoid a front end collision from an opposing driver not paying attention. It paid for itself that day!

I'm on the tail end of my tuning process and I can say it's been great to work with Dave. He carefully considered all the mods on my car and got me moving safely and efficiently. One of my favorite parts of the tuning process is Dave's careful procession. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a sound tune. With other tuners, I've gotten quick and sometimes incorrect results without any ownership for the mistake. With Dave, I've gotten the right tune and information every time. He makes a clear effort to provide the best possible tuning solution and he will not disappoint. Even when I had questions, I would receive a detailed response which not only added to my own understanding, but reassured me that Dave is the man for the job! I had high expectations coming in and Dave met or exceeded each of them. I'm proud to represent the Cryo name on my 05 GT
