SGT Daddy
https://www.facebook.com/rs.motors.burnsville?fref=ts https://www.facebook.com/NFPerformance?ref=ts&fref=ts These two might want to have some on hand. If you can find enough vendors to split up the cost...Networking might work. Just a thought.
AZP Installs
Problem is that there is only a fixed number of folks in the market for these, so no matter how many vendors we get "on board" there is a fixed number of sets to be sold -Mike Paisan http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/145749898/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://www.whiteline.com.au/images/logos/perf1.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts. KCwagon
I think I could get these made at a reasonable cost. I have the Perrin Mounts I could use as a template. I may have a Cobb RSB available locally I could use as well. For cost sake, you would probably be looking at 50 sets for a minimum order. Any interest in Stainless ? You would not incur the expense of powdercoating w/stainless.

KCwagon
Will do. I'll need a week or so to figure out the details. I'll likely look at a very thick 2B stainless material initially. Powdercoating steel could still be cheaper, we will find out.
SubyDude555
Anyone in need of RSB reinforcement brackets can order these: http://autostyle-usa.com/?pkey=item_info&i_code=EMO64248290001& I already have the Perrin one's but had to order these because they are the only ones that will fit with the Cusco rear power brace. They ship pretty quick from Japan too, it only took about a week for them to show up on my doorstep. Edit/Forgot to mention: Unless you have secret Ninja skills then these brackets are the only ones that will work with the Cusco rear power brace and if you are seeking these secret Ninja skills talk to m sprank but I must worn you the process is pretty intense and I almost died trying. spc2125
Many times have I threatened to make a few sets myself. I called Cobb about 1 week ago and tried to bribe them into making more of their RSB brackets (by placing an order for many, many sets). But the response was "product discountinued". Unfortunately, with everything I have taken on in the last two months, I do not have the time or capital to go into production on another new part. I believe you made some post not too far ago about making a mod that would totally change the modding world of the LGT.... how is this going and when can we expect a teaser? spec.B Dream
Who has broken their rear mount? I'm still on stocks...had whiteline, stock and now hotchkis bars My driver's side RSB mount broke on the stock bar. Reinforcing the mounts should be a first mod for everyone. Crazy AVO would stop selling them.
Wheelbuilder_25
Subydude, that part looks like it just reinforces the tab with no triangulation. That's pretty much just a piece of angle iron. If it works it's a pretty cheap fix. I'm guessing yours has held up OK ?

I think I will be the first in the US to try them so I will post in here how well they work once I install them.

That mod is in round 2 of testing now. Never release anything until I would use it on my own car. I would love to divulge details, but I promised the manufacturer not to. I will say only this, it is transmission related.

All the more reason to maybe go for this.... Do you have a timeline on a potential release of some sort? Or even a release of what the product is? m sprank
I see the sarcasm there, lol. Actually I still own: 2002 WRX 2005 LGT 5 MT wagon 2008 LGT 5EAT 2008 LGT SpecB Unfortunately, only the 2002 WRX and the 2008 5EAT are currently on the road. BoozeRS05
COBB's version of the RSB stout mounts seem to be very simple in design.. Why can't their version be copied? So.... given the that only those are on the road, I would give the favor to LGT as the test vehicle. Although I could be wrong. So, that means the transmission "mystery product" is on an 08 5EAT.... hmmmm. m spank's secret is crumbling right before out eyes We want more clues!!! FJuan
Is it just the Legacy's that have this issue, or do the WRX have it too? My wife's balls are delicious.
m sprank
WRX use a different style mount and Whiteline and Perrin still make those (very available). Cobbs design was similar to what Perrin sold for the LGT as well. Cobb has refused to go back into production on their design (so far). I must now close my big mouth before too much gets spilled. Lol.
scoobyscoodle
Sprank is working on a top secret tranny upgrade that will turn your worn 5eat/MT into a brand new 6MT w/dccd. In addition, it will make your turbo hit peak boost at 900rpm's, as well as making you appear 10 years younger. Patents pending.
