cameck Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 Is it legal to put the plate behind the bumper like that ? Not in the slightest as far as I've been told by Washington State Patrol. I've been meaning to take it off entirely. My front bumper is without holes or a mount spot for a front plate, and I intend on keeping it that way.
