Definitely pull all four plugs. Either pull the fuse while the motor is running and it dies, or pull it and then start and run until it dies. Keep your foot into the accelerator pedal while you crank - you want to get as much volume into the cylinder on each "suck" as you can. 4-5 times, then read.

 

Put some oil on the o-ring on the adapter you use to connect the tester, to make sure you get a good seat. Oh, and make sure the adapter has the right depth plug hole size. You don't want one that intrudes into the cylinder where it could contact the piston. That would ruin your compression... ;)
