AZP Installs
We charge 180, 200 with the front inners. So for about 60 extra you get the front inners both parts and labor. -mike http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpghttp://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/141039922.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://upload.pbase.com/image/137566671.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts. RuskiTrombone
Thanks. How much are the whiteline front inners? I should've bought those when I bought the rear kit since it is all going into the control arm at the same time.

RuskiTrombone
Thanks. That's about a five hour drive for me. I needed to gauge how much I should be paying for the install locally.
AZP Installs
Ah ha. You should also get an alignment afterward as well so factor that in. We built a special tool to push in/out the front inners, makes it go smoothly. -mike http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/91072632.jpghttp://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/141039922.jpg http://www.pbase.com/paisan/image/133406601.jpg http://upload.pbase.com/image/137566671.jpg 11+ Years Maintaining, Modifying and Educating TriState Subaru Enthusiasts. SuperhawkLGT
Just had my Epic/Koni's installed in the front. New tophats, new lower control arms, new rotors and pads. Car feels great I am really liking the spring/strut combo. Doesn't soak up bumps quite as well as I'd hoped but I had my sights set pretty high. My only concern is the height. I was on H-tecs and now the car seems higher. From the pics on this thread I expected lower, basically where I was or lower. I have been driving for 4 days on this and it doesn't seem any lower. I can tell just by where my headlights plot that the height is higher. Did I miss something? I am worried now the back will sag, it actually sits about even with the back now, back is still stock. Epics are only rated at 1" drop up front and 0.8" in the rear. H-Techs drop slightly more (while rated less up front and more in the rear). Going to take probably 2 weeks for everything to settle in completely.
SuperhawkLGT
I hope so. Just got my alignment today and put my summer rims on with 235/40/18's I measured the height of the front fenders, 25 3/4 on the pas side, 26 and almost a 1/4 on the drivers. Don't know what that's about.
m sprank
Is everything installed correctly? Sorry, have to ask. I see at least 1 incorrectly installed suspension per week. Saw one on Konis today. Springs were heavily sagged (like gone, no longer springs) and the upper spring perch (front) was incorrectly installed on both sides. Best part is, a local Subie dealership did the install. Lol. SuperhawkLGT
What could be installed wrong? I didn't do it but I gave my shop this printout so I hope nothing is done wrong. Is there anyway I can tell by looking? I just had it aligned yesterday and they didn't have any issues, everything was within spec.
m sprank
Make sure bolts on bottom are tight. Make sure "nubs" are below cut line on strut body. Make sure water drain holes on upper spring perch is pointing towards strut clevis (outside car). Make sure conical washers are installed (have seen them missing more than a few times), but this requires breaking them down. Make sure strut rod upper bolt is tight (in center of top hat). m sprank
Douche bags. All I have to do is ask for Geo Metro front wheel studs at Oriellys and Autozone and I get 10x1.25. That is what we package along with all spacers we sell larger than 1/4".
