SlickSpur
The tint shop I got my car done at said 3 days. It's pretty hot out here (80s-90s), but alot of time my car is in the garage and not directly in the sun. It's actually been a week and a half since I got the car done, so I'm sure I'm okay to roll the windows down now, but I have read a few people say 2 weeks via Google search. So how long did you guys wait?

Biggu
3-4 days is generally good enough, I always wait for a week total to do it just to be safe.

amp0412
The place I got tinted said 3 days and taped off the window switch with the correct day to use them written on it. However my ac stopped working on the first day during a 4 hr drive to school. Still managed to wait the three days though. It worked out fine. Your ok to open your windows. dotranvu
I actually just got mine tinted as well. The guy told me to definitely not row down my windows for 4 days. He said the tint would still be drying for a total of 2 weeks. It's real hot at the moment so I use the AC anyways and find no reason to row down my windows. You should also look into just taking it back to the shop to examine the tint and make sure nothing went wrong.

LosAngelesLGT
I'm guessing in MA you should wait at least 2 months.
laz
I thought the whole purpose of getting your windows tinted was to never roll down the windows ever again? I am on 3 years 4 months. X ---

Corny357
Just got mine tinted 24 hours ago and rolled my driver's window down accidentally. Seems fine. Would something have happened if it was not fine, or does it just affect the longevity of the tint or something?
