So what exactly makes my car a GT?

Recommended Posts

Well the regular sedans were non-turbo'd..

So we have the turbo platform, and the hood scoop is functional because the car has a TMIC which the ambient air flowing through the opening cools the topmount thus cooling the charge. Same concept as a FMIC just well ontop..

Im new to the subies especially the GT as well. Others im sure can chime in with more.

Different wheels, I think the brakes and steering wheel.

I can look in the second drawer in the nightstand on the right side of my bed when I get home. I have the Subaru showroom brochure there from my 98GT wagon, if it's really that important to you.

I'll try and remember... yea like that's going to happen.

I think that the hood scoop was left in the USDM models. I believe that Japan still had a trubo option durring those years, correct me if i am wrong.
