Penguin
Way to put heavy duty gear oil in your crank case. I think my Tundra also calls for 75W-90..... in the rear diff, front diff, and transfer case.

rao
I am surprised that doesn't happen more often, everybody knows that the manufacturer's recommended oil is way too thin for a high performance engine. If the guy wo ould have used the right brand of oil he would have been fine, obviously he used a cheap synthetic, not the good stuff. sactojesse
It boggles the mind that someone who mods his car and participates in a car forum would not know the difference between engine oil and gear oil. What a stupid poseur!

cseagle08
Wow, rediculous. You would think that you'd notice it wasn't right when it was next to all the gear oil and not the motor oil, but I guess if you're completely oblivious...Did it even come in the gear lube bottle I wonder?! haha
