mOBSCENE08
I got the K&N typhoon and I love it. Im still in stock tho and my accessport is not installed yet. Does cobb or Perrin make a map for a short ram intake?
NSFW
Tuning for a new intake is probably the simplest tuning task there is. If you have a copy of Excel, and you did reasonably well in your math classes you'll probably have no trouble doing it. You just need to be able to make data logs with a wideband O2, look at them in a spreadsheet (I use Excel, but OpenOffice would probably work), and adjust the MAF scaling to get the AFRs at all air flow rates. If you have any interest in tuning, it's the perfect first step.
