I don't mind Ruby red, I like Garnet red better, but if they had to offer red different than Garnet Red on the Legacy line, I wish they had gone brighter, like San Remo, rather than darker, as they did with Ruby Red. Dark enough to look like blood that has been pooling for a while. Like the Honda red that was popular on Preludes in the late 90s. That was a hot red too. I recently retired my 1995 Legacy LS (RIP - 1/2010 - due to a 3 car accident...) -- it was time as it had 217K miles. I purchased a 2006 WRX Wagon in the San Remo Red: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=4135600&l=3c0697652f&id=739556271 Even with it being a wagon, red was the last color I wanted as I was concerned about it being a cop magnet. I have had it 3 months now and have noticed very few times when cops go out of their way to watch me, even with the TurboXS TBE (it does have the quieter muffler). Well, the only time they look is when I quickly accelerate up to the posted speed limit ;-) D0WNxSH1FT - I do like the black wheels with the red trim.
