wcbjr
Rear toe for me, camber if I have to. Please no rubber, all metal. But again, rubber if I have to. I forgot what I was supposed to remember.
Buru
Alright i will put you down, We will be using a pretty dense Polyurethane, i think that you should be really happy. I will be greazable and metal ones can make a ton of noise.

Buru
Thanks, Everyone realise that the tubing size might change a little. We will do FEA to figure out the minimum size it can be, then add a health safety factor and round to the nearst tubing size (should not be that much bigger). One thing for sure is that they will be crazy strong and crazy stifff and over engineered hehe. M

BrownBoy
Looks awesome. Exactly what was showing up in my mind. But I definitely would not want them powder coated red. Black or unfinished for me.
Buru
Well i guess we will have to talk about the finish people want at a later date. I am pretty sure that if you did not want it finished we could do that.

wcbjr
I'm trying to remember why the rear links (toe) are bent. Does something run above them? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/wcbjr/rear_link.jpg I forgot what I was supposed to remember.
Buru
I want payment for them yesturday The toe arm is bent because where it rotates up it would hit the subframe under full compression. Trust me if we thought we could make it straight we would
whitetiger
the sway bar. under extreme suspension compression, the swaybar gets pretty close. Infact. some of the early after market bars, such as perrin an cobb early designs were known to hit the toe arm.The curve is necessary.
