However I'd probably leave the reflectors out and make a cut through or just fill it in with a black piece. I'm gonna do it all my self apart from having a shop paint the bumper for me. Although they look SO similar, the USDM and JDM tail lights for our 08-09 cars are not interchangeable without tail light mounts and bumper cover.
