No. Its a 3M vehicle wrapping vinyl that gets a clear laminate that looks like clearcoat. We use this same vinyl when we wrap cars/vans/buses. No worries about bubbles either as the vinyl has a special waffle pattern on it that makes it impossible to get a bubble if an experienced installer is putting it on.
