mwiener2
I know what good Aluminum costs. As much as I would like to see it under $100, I don't know if it would have enough metal in it at that price point and still be an effective guard. I vote slightly over $100 My Mods List (Updated 8/22/17) 2005 Outback FMT Running on Electrons

bluesuby
I'd be really really concerned about overheating it. That's a tough piece of cast iron, Little point of protecting it. I agree. Having Summer temps of 100 degrees is a lot more likely than taking a direct hit to the diff on any highway.
lee07
So should we tell them to make a axle and drive-shaft guard as well and some caliper, brake lines, control arms etc guards too? I mean why not! Gotta Protect every little thing there is under the car right! 20 years from now When its time to sell, everything under the car is OEM with no rust at all!
