Ok, here we go!!!

The BLUE lines are the my TDC stage 1 tune. 262wtq / 227whp. Pretty dang zingy for stage 1 if you ask me. Car was bone stock exept for the TDC tune.

The RED lines are the TDC stage 2 tune. 305wtq / 253whp!!!! Very stoked on those #'s!!! Paul installed an MR UP and a gutted stock DP and gutted mid pipe.

BTW, I want to send a big shoutout to Paul (boostjunkie) by making this happen. There were some "complications" with getting the stock DP off, but he fought through it like a stud (no pun intended  ) and everything is good now.

Also a big shout out to Paul the owner of the shop, he let me do two sets of runs to see the diff with my stage 1 and 2.

it was a blast Pauls. (yes, plural)

going to color scan my graph tomorrow, or it would be nice to get Paul to e-mail everyone their dyno plots.

I'd love to see a composite graph of all the Leggies together. Not just 'cause a certain someone would be the top dog, but I think it would be very fascinating to see the differences in rpm response, trends, etc.

Thanks Merv!! We got done around 6:45 and had the car on the dyno around 7:00pm. The car pulls so hard in 1st and 2nd it's SICK!! I told the wife to be good when she drives it. :icon_twis

I am stoked on how hard it pulls now.

Had a good time today. If my installs had gone a little smoother I'd have been a little happier. Instead of a nice dinner with friends in Newport Beach, I ended up eating at Jack in the Box. Oh well.

My impressions from today: Jon from TDC can tune his ass off! All the cars that ran today with his tunes were very impressive. Tons of torque. A few seemed to run leaner than one would think optimal o pnump gas, but I never heard any detonation and they all made great power.

Rigo's car would satisfy 99% of people out there. Fast spool, BIG torque and plenty of top end power, all on the stock turbo. Nice results.

Kevin's car is sick.... that is all! Merv and Dave will surprise the hell out of a lot of people in their wagons. I can only imagine the look of disbelief after a Mustang or M3 owner gets smoked by a wagon.

A good tune is more than a little important! I don't mean to pick on Peter, but a stage 1 car made the same power as his car with a DP, UP, FMIC and exhaust with a cutout at the DP. All the hard parts are there, but obviously the OpenECU tune isn't quite there yet.

SOA's rated hp numbers are overated on the Tribeca. A 250 flywheel hp car should not make 168 whp.

I believe that the Dynojet at Yimi Sport Tuning reads about 5-10 whp higher than the Dynojet at Harman Motive.

I now know that I am about done with doing UP and DP installs. They aren't all that bad, but there always seem to be crappy problems that just make them more effort than they are worth.

damn well...that was fun...shot for 260 and came home with 280...not bad...

wanted 300 whp as a goal...but fromt he sound of things...(Merv) i wont be too happy if a get a new snail...

ill post my sheet up tomorrow sometime...

Paul ,and Paul(yimidude) great event...wish i could be around for more!

edit: im pretty sure jon from TDC can squeeze another 5-10whp form my car...since it loks liek there is still roon on the tune...i dunno we'll see what he says

Current:MY05 SWP wagon - 253/290  UP, AEM CAI, Invidia Q300, tuned@yimisport

OLD: MY06 GRP - 274/314

Like I said Boynton, I'm not picking on you guys at all. I know that you are taking it slow in building a good map. All I was getting at is that without a proper tune, your car will not perform to the potential of its parts.

exactly.... i want to be like Jon@TDC someday....

i have to find my magic touch:icon_cool

sorry i couldnt make it guys... long loooooong day at work.... :(
