vkchu Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 had the flemings rib eye last night (medium rare) and wow, it was a stunner. juicy, flavorful, and dare i say, very close to the wolfgangs porterhouse (!). im not going back to the flemings porterhouse (off menu) or their filet. this is THE cut to get. i probably paired the wrong beer, but the blue moon went down nicely w/ it.
