The good:

Engine feels strong, pulls well

No transmission issues

Good interior

No frame rust, PNW car it’s entire life 

I’m only the second owner  Carfax will show 3 owners. I bought this from a family, who bought it new and it passed from father to daughter before I purchased it. 

 

The Bad:

Body is 6/10. Some dents and one dime sized paint chip, all from previous ownership.

Passenger vavle cover gasket replaced. Spark plugs replaced. April 2020

Brake rotors and pads replaced May 2020

Transmission and rear diff fluid changed August 2020

Front Drivers wheel bearing replaced Aug 2021

Alternator Belt Changed 7/23/23 

New Cyl #1 ignition coil 7/26/23

Fuel hose under manifold replaced. New PCV valve installed. Perrin Turbo Inlet installed. 5/8/24 @138,1XX

So has a fuel line issue that isn't taking care and you think that's not concerning for potential buyer?

Something like that wouldn't let leave the dealership or sent to auction

Rrowr!  Easy pussycat, he just needs to tighten the hose clamps on the lines under the intake manifold.  Not a big deal.
