It was a asian guy I think driving it. I just got a one second glance at it because he was going the other way and I was in my Fiance's car. I-65 S from Chicago and got off at the Valparaiso exit. Anybody? Also saw a GRP wagon, lowered, with wheels, headed North on I-65 about 10 mins later.
