Ignore the big square cut out of this plate, I will have a slot cut that more closely follows the web reinforcement. VR001 Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 Ok guys just wanted to let you know I haven't forgot about you. I am still being held hostage by the laser guy. He's saying late next week for the prototypes. I would go with another supplier but he is definitely the cheapest around and I would like to keep the cost down for all of us. I got the programming done for running out the spacers on the lathe at my work as well but the machine started alarming out earlier this week (something with the spindle drive). If it comes to it I will source those as well, does anyone here do CNC lathe work? I can spin out a couple on a manual for the initial test pieces but it is far too time consuming for doing an entire run. I will have more to show with my next update.
