nKoan
Yeah, they'll bolt up. And they probably won't rub when you start rolling around.

GrayT
Anyone know what the max tire width would be on the stock 08 wheels and suspension without rubbing? I'd like to move up to 225 or so.
Spec B
I know you could easily run 225/45 on the stock wheels without any rubbing issues. I am also pretty sure you could go even wider(235/40)..but I will let someone who has actually done this comment; I am not certain.

Tomcat
I just got new set of FSTi OEM Wheels to my Spec B. Nice wheels...but the weight!! Big disappointment...abrox 11Kg /25lbs I think it is too much, JDM STi`s normaly got lightweight rims but this weight sounds s**t to me!! The tires are Falken FK452 235/40-18" mayby litle bit too wide size, but well..Falkens are normaly litle bit narrow than other brands. FSTi wheels 18 x 7,5" 5 x 100 ET48 http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e155/LordKrs/fsti187548.jpg Pics coming soon...

SubLo
Is there a straight up 19" wheel thread somewhere? Only Boostjunkie's are listed at the top of this thread. I remember seeing a thread with lots of 19"s a while back and can't find it anymore . I'm seriously considering them - mostly for the look. Best look I've seen on a Legacy. ________________________________________________ '05 BSM OBXT Row-your-own, W.I.P. '06 Shrek B # 64 - The car the wife loved to hate :( Sold...
BOS SVT
I have a brand new set of Azenis 615's I was going to use for my 2005 GTO but wondering if I used them on rims that fit the 2005 Legacy GT (Limited or regular)...are there any issues with bump stops rubbing etc witih stock suspention? I plan on autocrossing so want to make sure no issues. Thanks for the info. Matt
JasonInCa
I have found these but can't get a straight answer on if they would fit or not. I'm thinking no because of the offset. Any idea's? axis008
the 35mm offset is too low for the Legacy unfortunately. it will work but the wheels will stick out a little bit -ben

derffred
Hm, looking to get a set of Rota Wheels 18x8.. Obviously I would like the widest tire possible (without sloppy sidewalls or rubbing fenders) Any suggestions on tire size and wheel offset?? PGT
18x8 ET 48 with a 245/35/18 is a nice setup. you'll need to pull the weatherstripping off, at least on the wagon.
derffred
If the weatherstripping you're talking about is the little black strip that outlines the inner fender, I already pulled them off the first time I detailed my car

derffred
You think a 245/40 would bring issues?
nKoan
18, right? Are you on stock suspension? 245/40/18 might be a little too tall on stock suspension, and you may run the risk of rubbing the strut. I ran 235/40/18 on 18x7.5 +53 and it would rub a little on the strut.
