Definitely need either a quick release or the non-slim hub: http://i.imgur.com/7hz2FQSl.jpg Got rid of the ugly wiper. Need to get a rubber plug of some sort for the big ass hole in the window now. I guess my plan is to separate the motor (EJ22 n/a) from transmission, and only use the manual transmission. If you go with like a gold or silver wheel or a super bold color like blue or red, leave them clear so people will focus on the wheel with their eyes and then they'll be drawn to the interior. If you go with a black or color that's super dark make them amber so then their eye will track to the front of the car too . Still always on the lookout for some real amber ones, so maybe those will pop up. Haven't fully decided on wheels yet but I've narrowed it down to a couple of options. I actually painted mine amber just to enhance 90's aesthetic of my car, and they'll match the amber side markers I still need to put in.
