+ 1. Was your FW new or used? Did they clean the FW before they installed it? Did my own install and I cleaned my FW with brake cleaner before I installed it to make sure FW surface was free of any oils.

Why is your fuel that 6750? I have mine set at 7200 rpms in my 5mt.

What about the AVO or the Super pro rear LCA bushings?

Wow, my car drives nothing like that. Are you using your stock flywheel? I thought that '07+ LGT had the same flywheel and the WRX.

I've changed the flywheel on a couple of Subies and if you don't have the bit straight you will strip the bolt. Good luck

Do you think it's something to do with cold weather? I'm not having any problem like that out in So Cal. I only get a slight shutter only when I back out my driveway in the morning. The rest of the day it's fine and I have driven it in LA stop and go traffic.

I got the Antec Nine hunder case for better cooling if I overclock my setup and 16GB of ram (it was on sale $60. How could I say no.) I may get a new VDO card setup since my dual 4870s don't do DX11.

Why not try the '06+ WRX FW and the clutchmaster FX300. I have it in my DD and the engagement is smooth and the pedal is as light as stock.

When I first started I had my main job, 2 kids that played sports and I was the head coach, my wife had just started her job after being laid off for 8 months and I Had dumped all this money into developing my FMIC. Stress was high and I was going to pull the plug after my first shippment because I was doing all this by myself. I took a Vacation just to relax. Then, I looked at my operation and found ways to streamline my business. Now it freed up time for me to make my 5g '10+ LGT TMIC to be followed by a FMIC. People say you have a great product so, stick with it. You can help alot of people and put a little money in your pocket. I just got a new kit in from the coater and I'm going to try to put it on Monday with my JDM front clip. So, I can get my old one to you to fix your heatsoak problem and you can make more power.

F1 I went back and forth on the carpc. I've been building my own PC since '95 and still build my own gaming rigs. So I figured I should make a carpc and it would just have a cool wow factor. Then I started doing reseach and adding things up. I found that it seemed like it would be more trouble then it's worth. ClimberD I should be able to give you the FMIC at the end of next week. So you can fix your heatsoak problem and really start testing your tranny's power limits. Bryan

I have pulled my tranny several times and I use the 2 bottom studs to help you guide the tranny back in. Also make sure you have that harness plug out of the way when you put back in the tranny. I was under my car using every trick I knew to get the tranny in. But, I couldn't get the last 2 inches. After fighting with the tranny for about 20 minutes I get from under the car and see the plug had fell between the engine and the tranny and was keeping me from install the transmission. I moved it and the transmission popped right in. Hope that helps.

That is hard to do. They made only around 800 manual LGT wagons and they were only made in '05. I had to drive 2hrs to get mine in '05 because it was the last one in the state.

I must have missed your post about the turbo setup you are planning. DO NOT DO IT!!! I have worked with the turbo during testing and it will not be a good choice. Torque is what you want to test to see if the tranny will hold and a late spooling turbo won't do that. Our test car made 330whp on 91 cali pump gas and 400whp on e85 with only a HTA68 at 23psi. That turbo is overkill and even my custom built billet 20g can make @350whp on cali 91 pump gas. And that is @ 20psi. But, it spools around 3200 rpms and would have a better torque curve to test if the tranny will hold. I have sold close to 150 fmic over the last year and customers tell me about there setup a what power they are making with different setups. That goes to the next problem with your planned setup. The tmic you are using. That will not help you in your testing. AVO has posted that their own tmic is only good for @ 320whp and then it becomes the bottleneck. I have seen the logs for that eBay TMIC and they are not great. You have to get a FMIC to test tranny to see if it will hold. Customers are reporting. @40whp and 60 lbs-ft of torque increase over their aftermarket tmic with my FMIC and a tune. So if you can wait about a month I will donate one of my FMIC to the cause. I have a new shipment coming in a few weeks. I'm putting on a JDM front end and I want all the pipes and core black so you don't see them through the openings. I will be taking the v. 1 kit off my car and replacing it with the all black kit. I can send it to you if you just pay the shipping that will be about $50 to you. Plus, it will help with the heatsoak you will be getting from now while you are testing as it gets hotter. Last, don't use a MBC. You need to get an EBCS because it is much safer. If something goes wrong a MBC be able to cut the boost and you can blow your motor. They make tuning much easier and you can set to do what you want from your ecu. So let me know what you think. I just want to help because I know what it's like to undertake some things like this. But, once you finish it feels great to see people using and enjoying something you have done.
