  1. You should only have to grease the shaft thT the TOB slides on. That's all I remember doing on mine.
  2. I have a clucthmaster fx300 for years and its been great so far. Light pedal and holds well. Pm me I should be able to get you the best prices on all your parts. Bryan
  3. I have done it several times and it really depends on you. Do you have the skill, time, and tools to do it? Or is it worth it to pay someone?
  4. I have the CM300 on my car now and it's just the same as stock in pedal feel. I have been running only e85 for the last year so I'm pushing around 370whp and 36o w lbs-ft and it holds well. If you plan on staying at your power level then I guess you will be fine with CM100. But, if it's not much more you can get the CM200 to give you a little more cushion. Just my $.02
  5. I can get whiteline and superpro bushings if you need them. I'm a retailer now also. Bryan
  6. I my CM300 in about 2 years ago and it is still great for a DD. Smooth engagement and light pedal. Very easy to drive in L.A. traffic. Just my $.02.

Why did you pull it out?
  10. Maybe that is why after running e85 for the last 6 months my car was getting harder and to start and my learning view was lean across the board. Now with my new DW 65c it starts quicker, runs smoother, and my learing view looks much better.
  11. Sorry it took so long to reply. I couldn't figure out how the get to my profile.lol I'm running a shorty Dp to a 3" hi flow catt, then Borla muffler that "Y"s to two 2.5" Magnaflow mufflers. I got the mufflers for $300 and the install was another $300 about 5 yrs ago. My car is very quiet and I don't get any drone in my wagon.
  12. No, it was my fault I gave him the wrong link. Blame me.
  13. All the info you need is here. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/official-dual-hvac-double-din-jdm-kit-thread-113589.html
  14. I just got off the phone with DW and they said that their pumps performance is rated at the standard 13.4. And of the voltage is lower it will decrease the performance of the pump. He said the pump will work down to @ 8-9 volts and that lower voltage won't hurt the reliable of the pump. They are even willing to come on the site and answer questions. I think I will have them talk on a thread about there pump and then post a link for everyone to see. Let me know what you think. Bryan
  15. That's true about the flow. But, read post #48 you will see that his duty cycles went down when he ran a bypass.
  16. I have a contact at DW that I will call on Tuesday and get more info about the voltage issue. If there is a problem I will see if this will this kit fix it and what price I can get this kit for. http://www.deatschwerks.com/fuel-pump-hardwire-kit Bryan
  17. Is the sti bushings poly and I would replace the front since you have the arm off. I also have a '05 lgt 5mt wagon. I replaced my rear LCA bushing with the speed pro poly bushings years ago and now I'm wondering about the other bushings. If you are looking for other bushings let me know I'm a dealer now so I may be able to get a better price.

If you have auto climate control it's all one big circuit board that inclundes the radio and climate controls. So, that is why I had to pay $400 for the JDM in dash.

It might be easier to buy the JDM double din in dash kit. It has a 7" hole for your touch screen and separates the climate controls. But, you will have it costs about $400.
  20. It seems ok but, why do you want to go with the light Flywheel?
