Is Detroit Axle no longer recommended? What about TRQ, any experience with those? My head is spinning trying to decide which brand to go with for my front bearing. OEM price is insane.

My front left wheel bearing has a bit of play and is making noise. Researching here pointed me to Timken, but upon furhter research, it seems like they've been made in China for a while now. Is the quality still there, or should I order a different brand? OEM price is ridiculous, there has to be some quality aftermarket bearings that don't cost that much surely.

I know by now that lowering springs will kill stock shocks relatively quick, but here's me question, why not wait for stockers to die before replacing them with something like KONI? Obviously in pairs, front/back. Many people are saying only get lowering springs with new shocks. But what do they do with stockers anyway, just let them sit and collect dust? I seriously doubt that stock shocks are worth almost any money used, so selling isn't really an option either. Am I missing something?

I saved this photo months ago, and now cannot find the source of it anywhere. It's pretty much exactly like I want mine, so trying to dig up the full mod list.

The better question ism what's even available at this point?

I've been doing my reading on lowering springs, and it seems like Eibach would be exactly the solution I'm looking for. Except...There's only a couple of photos and reviews from people with Eibach. There's so little info, that I'm not even sure these springs exist for our cars. Does anybody know a part number, or even better, where I can order them?

I'm aware of other mods. I'm just one of the stupid ones who prioritize looks first

Looks. Gap in the front drives me crazy.

I really want to lower my car, but to be honest, the rear height really doesn't bother me much, it's the front that drives me crazy. So I got this idea, why not get lowering springs for the front only? Not sure if I should just put them on and switch the shocks when the stock ones inevitably get wrecked, or just do the combo right away. Either way, is there any reason not to lower front only? I'm only looking to drop it by like an inch.

So I want to paint the grill into body color. A shop told me it can be done, not expensively, but because of this chrome material, it will flake sooner or later. If somebody painted theirs, and had it for a while with no issues, how did you prep it?

Wanted to get Eibach, but there doesn't seem to be a single set for sale on this planet. What options are currently available? Preferably with a similar drop of around 1 inch. If you have a link, even better!
