  1. I have, just trying to see if anyone has had both and can give me an honest opinion on how much louder is one over the other. I feel like I would buy the 5" ones but wanted to ask anyways
  2. what made you choose the muffler version?
  3. Hello All, I am looking to get new axle back exhaust for my vehicle, i have looked at nameless muffler deletes and 5" mufflers, looked at some videos but can't really gauge the noise level difference. Does anyone have either and can give me a rough idea on noise level or if there are other axle-back systems I should look into?
  4. Thanks, wife is now realizing she might have another gamer/computer nerd and is questioning life
  5. I also did a couple outdoor dining ngl before wife got preggo. Now its just order out or cook internally. Since I will prolly be WFH till next year, I can only wish I get to stay like this till paternity leave is needed.
  6. Yea, the time saving part is key. We have had small gripes about certain items not listed in the BJs app when we know for a fact we have bought it in-store before but it is minor. I do subscription ship n save for my dog food from Amazon, not cuz it is cheaper (usually like $1-3 less in-store) but consistency, tho 4 years with these same 2 dogs and we still cant figure out if we need the food every 3 or 4 weeks :lol:.
  7. My wife and I been doing order online and have pick up from the local BJs (Wholesale store like Cosco) and Stop n Shop (local grocery). That way we aren't in the store at all since usually that trip ends up being longer than needed and we have less risks involved. ngl it really is nice not spending some much time in the store then waiting in line.
  8. Yea, I am bad at this lawyer part of life. This is something I need to research more on as life progresses.
  9. Some of ya'll kinda smart, eh..It's amazing the mix of people you get in the forums.
  10. Basically is it how much temptation can you put aside, cuz at some point you going to want to let loose those horses then flashing lights in your rearview
  11. as a POC, I seen the history of POC getting a "vaccine" first. I can wait
  12. With your VIN, use this site https://www.toyota.com/recall to look up any open recalls, that way you can schedule ahead of time. Depending on the frame situation corrosion, there is 3 paths they take, 1) spray rubber lining if frame is decent, 2) replacement of frame or 3) they buy out the truck from you. Worked at a Toyota for a few years.
  13. Yea, I grabbed a second pair from a forum member so I can try this, I really like the cleaner look. I also got to learn how to bake headlights but prolly going to look for a second pair that way if I screw up Im not screwed
  14. It also was a hoax by the news that would be over after the elections from what I heard
  15. I assumed he just yells at his speech-to-text and we get this vomit
  16. I can meet you, bro. I live in the South Shore near Braintree.
  17. From the pics it looks like the rears have 3 of the 4 bolt heads cut and in the front calipers it looks like 3 of the 4 bolts are there but 2 looked like someone tried to drill a hole into it to try to unfreeze the bolts.
  18. Did not do this today but on friday last week, my car has been slowly getting louder and had a friend toss it up on the lift. Found a few fun things, one of the previous owners replaced the stock exhaust with a 3inch from the cat all the way to the mufflers, bolted the stock mufflers on and tossed in a resonator in the mid pipe. Found the resonator was rotting out revealing the suby sound. Unfortunately, my yearly inspection was due and I knew I was not going to pass so I took it up to an exhaust shop my buddy recommended since he didn't have piping to weld in the shop (he works in a Lexus shop), at the exhaust shop, they quickly welded in another 3" piece after cutting out the resonator. In and out in under an hour as a walk-in with 2 cars in front of me. Got the exhaust work done, inspection sticker slapped on and a full tank of gas for under $180. Productive day, though now I am missing the rumble but on the plus side this moves my thinking of buying a full catback kit to just an axel back kit. I just have to do my youtube research and see if the new noise amount is passable yearly. Might just need to keep the stock exhause on stand-by if I dont want to chance it
  19. What are your recommended shops? I been doing small tinkering here and there with the wish of getting a lift one day but would like someone with more Subaru experience to take a look.
  20. Yea, I enjoy working from home since I am also saving about 3 hours of commute plus ~$300 in transportation cost (parking, gas and misc). I stare at a computer screen for most of my day so nothing changes work wise, though I used to get up and walk around sometimes which I dont do anymore.
  21. yea, I think it depends on what you plan to use it for. I am planning to limit the use of the Nexus 7 to more some GPS and BtSsm logging. I bought a pretty decent Pioneer HU recently that takes 2/3 camera inputs and play music off a flash drive.
  22. I seen that y'all were speaking on this Vitamin D deficiency and been trying to be outside more to get some of that since I am deficient already, but I also WFH and dont really socialize anymore so....
  23. for real bro, that looks wicked. I been thinking of buying one of those popup car ports from Harbor Freight as a spray booth, this puts the idea back into my head. Great move on the filters with the fans, I would have completely ignored that idea. Where you get the LED bars? and congrats again that looks amazing for a DIY project, might as well start a paint shop lol
