  1. I can confirm on Mount Saint Helens. The view at Cold Water lake and Spirit lake is breath taking. I'm planing to go back once my son is older.
  2. 61041AJ03B Window Regulator and Motor Assembly, Drivers Side Front
  3. After further testing at the shop. I order a new motor regulator from Subaru. I changed the motor oil last month and I was 1/2qts low
  4. Driver side window stop working 100%. I checked the fuse (I swapped fuse) with my test light. It’s getting power. I’m guessing the motor regulator is the culprit because the other (3) windows are working from the main driver master switch. I’m on standby to see if any one will be at the shop sometime today so I can start taking the door panel off. I talked to my wire guy that he had to replace the driver window regulator on a 2015 WRX. Is this a common thing with Subaru?
  5. Thinking to put the Benz on the lift this weekend. I'm hearing a little minor clunk noise up front, I'm guessing the ball joint has some play.
  6. Correct, wheel nut torque is listed in Specifications 12-9 in the owner manual.
  7. Stay AWAY from Oakland. - Golden State Park - The Presidio - Lands End and Coastal Trail - Alcatraz Tour - Fisherman Wharf, Pier 39 - Chinatown - Lombard Street - Avenue of the Giants (4 hours north of SF) There was a mountain that overlook SF but beware there is a huge pride flag sitting on top of the peek. I can't remember the name since I was there to survey a Telecommunication tower back in 2000 or 2001.
  8. I bought a 1976 Chevy Nova SS manual back in the day. I bought it cheap in Pennsylvania but I had to have a trailer to haul it back to the D.C. area since it was all in pieces (everything was there even the hardware). I spend hours, days, weeks, month and year putting the vehicle back together in my parents garage using jack stands. I even had my cousin painted it (body man and painter) inside my parents garage for free since I built him a 502 that went into his drag El Comino and a 454 Supercharged that went into the Nova and a roll cage, etc. I got about $10 grand into the Nova including the price I paid for the vehicle. I sold it for $25 grand but I wish I still kept it. I have another project that I'm the original owner since late of 1999 early 2000 and been sitting since 2009 as a rolling shell with 110k miles on the body. I don't have the time anymore since I'm not young anymore and I have a baby to take care of. I been trying to get my nephew to move back to the area from Oregon that is a ASE master tech for Honda and I have him help me put it back together. Right now I'm trying to research how the lockup solenoid works on a Automatic Transmission from Japan (SIR-G) that uses a separate TCM and a P30 ECU from Japan. How can I can get it to work with Hondata? After this project I'm going full JDM import. Thinking Fairlady 240z, 260z, or 280z with a GTR motor, MR2 Turbo or even a R34 GTR (year of 2025 it be legal).
  9. Yes, this is what I was trying to explain. I listed the procedure to re-sync the window's see below. Proper procedure from owner manual 2-35. Initialization of power window If the vehicle’s battery is disconnected due to situations such as battery or fuse replacement, the following functions are deactivated. . One-touch auto up/down function . Anti-entrapment function Initialize the power window in the following procedure to reactivate such functions. 1. Close the driver’s door. 2. Turn the ignition switch to the “ON” position. 3. Open the driver’s side window halfway by pushing down the power window switch. 4. Pull up the power window switch and close the window completely. Continue pulling up the switch for approximately 1 second after the window is closed completely.
  10. I know for sure Acura/Honda, Mitsubishi, etc. uses the pin code. Not sure if Subaru uses the code or not. Sometime some has a battery back-up like the one in my Mercedes if you disconnect the battery. The radio will never reset.
  11. There are relay's and circuit breaker that also part of the window diagram. I did not test it with a ohm meter to confirm, if any of the components are bad. I believe it comes down to the factory car battery and suspected there is a voltage surge or drop. When the motor has not been turned over in over 10 hours or so. That cause the window to reset itself. For example when you disconnect the battery and reconnect, some vehicle will ask for a code/pin number to unlock the factory radio/Navi.
  12. Window does not go all the way down or up. You have to keep pushing the button on the window switch to open or closed the window.
  13. I know I had to jump a vehicle battery in the middle of Chicago snow storm back when I was living in Chicago. I know the feeling.
  14. Drove it yesterday with my son. Finally test the A/C and it's blowing cold air. Thought I need a recharge but it's working fine. I also took the Subi in for emission at 6am at one of these 24hr kiosk (G'burg, MD). It was so much faster.
  15. I notice that as well month's ago when I was trying to see why my window keep going out of sync. I stuck a fuse in there thought it will resolved my window sync issue and it did not. I'm still scratching my head to see why I have to keep syncing the windows (every week or so). I'm planing to get a new battery (still on the original battery @98k miles). The battery still fires up but in the colder month it struggle a little bit.
  16. 12.6V without the motor running is a charged battery. Before you go out and bang on the starter. I would check to see if the starter solenoid control wire if it got loose and check and test the starter and ignition starter relay/fuse first.
  17. I got tired of aftermarket battery's not lasting. The only aftermarket battery I would trust is Deka only. I had bad luck with Interstate, Diehard, Optima, etc.
  18. We have Bertucci's down my way. Not a fan of Bertucci's. I remember Shakey's Pizza growing up but they closed there doors in Maryland back in the early or mid 1980's. and Dough Roller in Ocean City, Maryland (still there).
  19. Why there is a gap where the headlight is and the fender? that's a turn off.
  20. The problem is with Chicago Pizza. Is the deep dish. Way to much bread. I like the thinner crust or original hand toss this way you get a balance with the the other ingredients.
  21. Correct, I used to live in Chicago (Hyde Park). I do miss Jim's Original (Polish Sausage/Chicago Dog's) in University Village. For Pizza I make my own. I grew up on Ledo's Pizza (Since the 1970's). The original one was in Adelphi, Maryland open in 1955 then got moved to College Park, Maryland think it was in 2010.
  22. Why this photo remind of Portland, Oregon?
