  1. Same here, not a thing. I should have gotten a better can with chambers but i don't think it would have changed much. I bought a cusco thinking it would have been good quality but it was not chambered.
  2. That's fine for the coolant bypass but the catch can needs to be done differently. Ideally you buy 2 catch cans, one for the breather line connected to the intake and one for the pcv connected to the intake manifold. You shouldn't remove either the breather line or the pcv line, just place a catch can in line with each of the 2, one per line. Another popular option is to vent both lines, just disconnect the breather line from the intake and the pcv line from the intake manifold then run them so they drain out the bottom of the car. It's not exactly legal to do that but you would have zero recirculation of gases. Edit this is for Fredericks original post
  3. Shouldn't be hard to switch it out, ill have try to do this soon. Thanks for the info.
  4. I bypassed mine, the only thing is that if it gets cold out the butterfly valve could freeze without the coolant going through so i installed ball valves so i can turn it off and on. I have seen no issues cutting off coolant flow through those lines. http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/06/0260078246867fcd42722e086f5a9559.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/06/f7d9a6dc52f4bc996cf9bc56594a9211.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/06/0eaf9ab121737859c4ce3736793dd330.jpg I know the pictures suck but it's not easy to get good ones. For my catch can i just put it in line with the line running to the cai right before the throttle body. http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/06/862d51adc3cf13ac0d623b7b6464a202.jpg
  5. I tried my hardest to get the pulley off but that bolt isn't moving. I see no oil leaks and i don't see any reason to risk breaking something just to see if i have a problem. Also i looked at my old pulley and i see the same marks that are on Italians prs pulley. I know the seals are good and I'm sure the wear marks are there on the prs pulley but unless you guys find something I'm not touching it. http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/05/8cdaffe383d2093fd086c9ffa5ddb61c.jpg
  6. Would the introduction of boost cause an increase of crank case pressure leading to a leak? I'm not the most informed when it comes to turbos and superchargers. If my memory serves Italian just recently upped his boost a little and possibly saw the limit to boost that our engine can take.
  7. This is gonna bug me, i might have to check mine today. Thank God for a garage.
  8. My tuner adjusted clutch pressure to assist shifting. Other than that, nothing.
  9. None that I know of but there might be a 3.6r 6 speed build out there, just not in a 5th gen.
  10. Raptor Superchargers for Subaru's 10 hours ago ยท With some kind of finality - the Ez30 and EZ36 headers will arrive in Aust on Dec 22, however we arent sure we will get them until the first week of Jan Will keep everyone posted So a little delay but that's cool I'll be a little more financially ready then.
  11. Someone took a stock 3.6r to the strip and ran a 14.8. 5th gen 1/4 mile time http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4628579
  12. Sounds like a plan, since I am the most central place everybody come here to Virginia lol. Have you ran 1/4 mile yet? I would love to know what the gt can do.
  13. You should do this anyways, 1/4 miles times are the best car comparisons available. I will try again to go when they open back up next year.
  14. Have your changed your rims or tire size? That might throw you off a little.
  15. More like 20k with the supercharger. I've already got 7500 in mine and headers are gonna be another 800 or so installed and tuned.
  16. So now that I've driven with the lwcp for a couple of days to make sure it's solid I decided to test her out. Currently I'm using a tune with 2 degrees less timing than the last pull because I was starting to get knock from the BG 44k in the tank in prep for race day, so consider these times are with less timing and dirty oil. Also I haven't done a frame by frame time on my computer just a stop watch with the video. 0-60 looks like 5secs so no change but 0-80 looks to be around 9secs, that's 1 second less than before. It's hard to tell but I think the shifting times have decreased with the pulley and 0-60 has probably decreased considering the loss in timing. Im almost through this tank of gas and will be doing the rest of the bg flush and changing oil soon, so timing will be increased back to where it was and more comparable results will be posted. Percitus, if you get the chance post some 0-60 videos. I want to see some 0-60 times in the low 4s , I'm sure those headers are putting down impressive numbers. Also Italian legacy not that I can afford a super charger but let's see some of yours too.
  17. Yea let's do that lol. I still need headers and a tune for them. We will see what happens
  18. How about 1993 m5 territory? I think I can get there lol. I think Italian legacy would be the best person for this job, for a good na car it would probably be Percitus. Honestly ill be surprised to get a 13.9, happy but surprised.
  19. Are we gonna try to do a group buy when these headers come in? Maybe tradewind will cut us a discount.
  20. Found it, Goodyear 4060640 Gatorback Poly-V Belts. I got the last one on Amazon:cool:
  21. Do you have that part number? I'm having trouble finding it.
