Dovetailed the mounting tabs. Redesigned the post for the access port / garmin mount. These are very near to production. The latest revision is even better. Check the development thread. We are nearing production ready.

And the new mounting tab system. The tabs are dovetailed in. This way I can print the main pod flat on it's back. Then do the post and tab 100% solid for strength.

Updates! After a print of both the 3 gauge pod and the 2+ garmin mount, we redesigned the mounting tabs and post mount. This will allow for a much nice finish on the gauge pod and stronger mounting tabs. Here are some preliminary photos of the test prints. The delete should be doable. I'm not sure the relocation would hold up.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I am covered up at the moment with 2 large orders. Kred is working on several designs and I'm hoping to have some more prototypes printed next week. I'll try to get the 2.5 GT badge, the flat L7 badge, and the L7 Grille emblem prototyped next week. We are working on a mounting solution for the Gauge pod, the vent pod will start modeling next week hopefully. I'll work on the license plate delete and relocate once I find good photos. I'm still thinking about how to solve the dash rattle without making a plate to just ram between dash and windshield.

For front bumper? Can you find me a photo?

With abs and an acetone vapor bath it would be possible to get a smooth finish but I'm not looking to get into that at the moment. If someone wants to try and finish one themselves I have no problem printing one in abs and letting them do the post production work.

I'm going to have to see what all is needed to fix the dash rattle. I'll work on it. We also need a rear reflector for Kred to model for the rear vents if anyone wants to help out Edit. The TSB is ridiculous to fix the rattle. I'm going to try a few things to fixnit a different way

Take some measurements and photos and get them to me. From the rear parcel shelf photos I can see online, It should be easy to make. PM me if you want to help

Near Charleston, WV. Third brake light delete should be doable. I have a wagon so I don't have that problem. I'll get with Kred on it.

I don't have SI drive on my 06. If you could provide some measurements and a sketch if what you want, I'm sure we can make it happen.

The PLA is pretty strong. Depending on the design and amount of fill internally. It is plenty strong for everything we have designed so far. I wouldn't call it "structural" but i don't have any hard numbers on strength.

The issue with doing a double din is not the radio surround, its the integration if the HVAC controls into the faceplate. Printing it would be a non issue but integrating the usdm HVAC would be the trick. Separating the circuitry from the old radio would be the challenge. I'll do some research and talk with Kred and SVCdx about it.
