I am partway through my stage 3+ (or 4 or whatever ). Car is running awesome so far but we have a lot left on the table. We'll get there. I'm seeing strange behavior with my f1 modded trans. The car is finally starting to make some power through tuning (thanks cryo) and during pulls the tach seems to stall. Here is the scenario. 4th gear sport mode, 3k rpm. Start the pull, and the car accelerates as expected, revs climb smoothly with rpm and then the tach seems to lag at around 4-4500 rpm while the speed continues to climb. I'm not feeling any slippage and everything looks fine with the exception of the tach lag. Any ideas? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk

The obvious next evolution in the development of these is a blue t replacement with an additional port for a boost gauge vac line. Funny Story, I replaced my blue t with the stainless t, and had to add the blue t back in to get signal to my VBG-1. And Turkeylord, I must publicly apologize for completely dropping the ball on the review of the ebc fittings. He was kind enough to send me a set gratis to review and I haven't fulfilled my end of the bargain in doing the review. I will get a review done soon, once I can locate 1/4 inch vac line around here. If you would like me to send you cash for the ones you so graciously sent me, I will do so and would expect no less. Thanks for the awesome product.

I actually ended up getting the mini bluetooth receiver mentioned above also. It works just fine and I keep mine in the center console attached via short 1/8 in m/m stereo cable. As for power i have it hooked to the outlet in the console. My only complaint about it is that it won't automatically connect to my GS3. I have to hold the play button to get it connected. And the overall volume is very low when using the bluetooth or aux in. Its not uncommon for my h/u to be turned to 40 and have moderate sound levels.

I just installed Moog front hubs today on my 06 gt. Didn't even pull the abs sensor out of the knuckle. Plus advance auto price matches so I got the moogs for $95ish each. About a 15 min install per side from lifting the car to bolting wheel back on. I'd suggest getting rotors at the same time.

I just want to say how much I love my VBG-1. It is honestly one of if not my favorite thing about the car. The exterior and interior of my car are 100% oem down to wheels and tires and mufflers, but it is a stage 4 build so subtlety is key. The VBG-1 is a perfect fit that blends in almost unnoticed. I have had many complements on it so far. Thank you for such an innovative and awesome product.

All indications point to it being a direct bolt on replacement. Knowing the quality of product that GrimmSpeed puts out, there should be no issues at all.

Ugh. I got my motor back in last and attempted to fit the FMS TMIC... what a joke. The splitter isn't even close (i knew this going into it) and the bracketry is appalling. I think i can make it work for he time being but... What a travesty.

Thanks for the updates GS. I will be buying one of these when you make them available. In my situation I ended up with the FMS TMIC, and as others have said, the Splitter is no where close to working and I had to dig out several handfuls of packing peanuts out of the core.. I think I can hack it to fit but I want a proper piece of hardware for the car. Keep us updated so I can sell the FMS TMIC and get the GrimmSpeed TMIC on there.
