  1. I had a discouraging conversation with a Cobb representative at Big Northwest. He acted like the Outback XT was a completely different platform than the Legacy GT and they weren’t sure if they were going to support it on Flex Fuel.
  2. I was thinking that or remembering the torque numbers from his R32 GTR.
  3. I got a new rear ashtray that fits above the rear cup holders from ValleyLegacy for my EDM center console (92172AG010JC). I like to be fully optioned and any additional storage space in these cars is nice.
  4. Scheduled my hybrid speed density tune at Surgeline for September 4th. I also received my AVO rear underbody braces from Infamous (msprank) along with loads of swag!
  5. Went yurt camping on the Oregon Coast and passed 140k on the body and 5k on the new IAG block. No issues.
  6. I decided to check out a trail head on a whim that was much further than I expected.
  7. I got off the beaten path and thought my story might end up in a TV movie.

  9. It looks like the headlight mounting brackets are there. I can’t tell if the front beam is hidden behind the bumper. Fender liners are missing. It also looks like there are parking sensors in the front bumper corners that would need wiring and additional components if you wanted them to work.

  11. I bought the fancy dip stick because I was looking at buying the IAG one that didn’t claim to do anything special for the same price. It does seem more consistent but I’m not convinced that you could just pull your OEM dipstick clean it off and reinsert it, making sure not to push it down so that the o-ring seals, and then account for that difference on the reading on the stick.

  19. I saw that, the obvious difference is that the shutter control for the opening on the main unit is also on the wrong side.

  21. The 2015+ WRX shift boot was just a little too small to work on the EDM shift boot so I’ll be sending that back. I’ve never seen all of the parts for the rear A/C vents sold together, so I grabbed this. It may take me a while to make it work but I like having projects. I’m assuming I’ll need the LHD part for where the e-brake is but everything else may work.
  22. That’s an ARC scoop specifically for a front mount intercooler. I’ve always been partial to the K2 Gear Version 2 scoop. You’ll notice it’s less bulbous than the version 1 in pic #3
